I would like to say this is so wrong on so many other levels other than moral.
A. There are so many chemicals that we have unleashed into this world that now scientists are saying this is "evolving" instead FREAKS OF NATURE.
We have pollutted the earth so bad with our factory industries and war machines.
just think tha tthe agent orange and other chemicals really have not dissapated but just seeped into the water shed to be seeped into the ground and other natural ground wells.
Plus also todays fertility drugs by humans and growth hormones and other drugs for the failing human condition end up in streams.
The earth is one dirty cess pool and per this report proves things on planet earth will only get worse not better.
If dirtying up the human gene pool is called evolving then lets get these nukes out and start shooting.
Our future looks really sad.
Head of IT will alway suse lawfirms to get the lowest pay for the most work and now they are lowering the standards and by face value if you walked into the average IT support team you will see less and less qualified techs who do not know much about the windows operating system and those less qualified will most likely have a heavy no native accent.
Pretty soon People will feel alienated in their own country. The funny part of this is, can you guess it?
It is in the Bible. Props if anyone can find it. But it IS there. Companies and big govt are selling out to the lowest bidder bpassing legal citizenship all for the mighty low pay worker.
Make the concerned people sign an NDA and let them examine the coding.
Then with that same tested and tried CLEAN code then flash the hardware.
Also have the hardware inspected visually so visual confirmation can be made.
If concerned people wanted to..... they could add to the programming some kind of obsfucation so no direct linking orr embedding or tapping of wires could intercept data.
Not too hard to do.
If the judge finds judgement against the plaintiff then what we have here is a case where like in many other court rooms a case is won by legal terminology but was not very moral.
It used to be what is moral is also legal but todays courts like to seprate morality from what is legal but did justice take place without morality? No. Because in those cases Greed won over morality and if this is how the court will find the ruling then the judge needs to be taken off the case.
This also reminds me of the time this dealership wrecked my fathers car while my dad was test driving a new model. Each time he wanted his car back they kept giving him better and better deals so after the third time still giving my father a better deal they finally confessed the dealer drove his car and wrecked it. Even the news program "7 on your side" would not help investigate this as the local dealership was paying for million dollar commercials so it would be against the stations best interest.
Again a conflick over morality and justice.
Companies have lost their soul and will screw over the single individual no matter what big or small.
Can't wait to hear the verdict on this case.

It seems I can get most all channels on my comcast tv subscription but every channel I have checked does not carry Dr. Who!!!!!!!!! Grrrrr!!!! eitehr that or PBS has made Dr. Who come on very late?
I am so confused .
It used to be Dr. Who came on at 9pm or 10pm EST in USA.
I have now missed out on over 7 years of Dr. Who and wished the Dr. would show up on Hulu so bad!

Hey lets make sure trace of JOHN DOE or JANE DOE go missing by placing data near the bathroom so that data can be lost on purpose and claim that the National Archives had no other place to store the data.
This is so stupid that the boss/manager who placed the data/hard drive out in the open with ZERO protection there is complicit in the data theft.
Not just FBI but CIA needs to investigate and find out who has what memberships to whatever groups that have purpose against certain data at the archival site.

I suffered one time from their last BIOS Snafus.
I bought the DELL 400 celeron and at the time it was sold it supported 500 megs of ram.
Well being a techie I always wanted to make sure the pc was up to date.
So I flashed the BIOS and now the pc only saw 256 megs of ram.
I was so angry at this...... The other snafu they made was their Latitude 5100 used a desktop CPU and not a laptop CPU and it got so hot it bent my memory sticks created an eternal BSOD and they refused to fix it anymore.
So I sold hte laptop for $50 to a kid while it cost me $1,400 new.
Grrrr
It seems Quality control is not being followed and I doubt they have any ISO 900XXXX compliant nor had they ever had any Six sigma training.
I am sick of seeing stuff invented just to have their hardware specs leach off the cpu.
So I propose some hardware geeks make a PCI-E card that
will do the combined following:
Video Physix processesing - Already on the market
NIC card overhead processing - Already on the market
Sound overhead processing - Already on the market
But now put the 3 above on one card.
Leave my gaming CPU alone!!!!! That also goes for those who think ever little app must show up in the task bar or always run 24/7 when not used..... GOT THAT PUNK BUSTER!!!!!
I would be going into these homes and removing anything paid with taxpayer money in these homes.
If you can't use your own salary then you are a theif plain and simple.

Either he has a luandry basket so full he never does his own cleaning oe he owns 1 shirt that is so delicate he should be called a fancy boy and he should be wearing lipstick.
Also when he send out drycleaning someone should be there to confirm he is using his own salary paycheck money and not from taxpayers money.
If he can't use his own salary then he should not be dry cleaning in the first place!

Also the flip side if you spend more than 10 minutes a day with you face in nudity either on paper or the internet then you are also suffering a psychological problem.
Nudity is clean and fine and rated G.
Nudity only offends those who have it better than them.
Germans and Japanese do not mind nudity until the USA invaded those countries.
By covering up you make a normal issue into a hidden issue which normaly stresses people.
There is no shame about nudity. those who are shamed need their eyes removed.

I always watched the show and if I did miss it then I watched it on HULU.
Duhhh did you ever think of tracking hulu viewership? Did you track total viewrship using all data sources?

As a consumer who buys lots of games and past Duke titles let me tell you programmers the
following:
A. I am sick and tired of you resetting the release dates.
B. I am tired of you keep changing the engine which keeps bumping the release date father down the line.
C. I am sick and tired of hearing your products but never seeing any results.
D. By the time the product is out I will probably not buy it out of spite for the lack of concern you give to fans.
E. Go stick DNF where the sun don't shine.
Not sure where I remember this but a article was making fun of some software game companies for holding off on certain game titles because of leading cutting edge technologies are right around the corner that they want to use so they keep waiting and waiting and waiting.
Why keep a game locked up for years and years and years? I bet it may have been the lead programmer who could have booby trapped the code or soem dummy programmer who refuses to keep his pc clean from trojans and viruses infected the game code?
Either way no matter how they roll the idea out no matter what I want to hear why the game was delayed for so long. It is a diservice to the fans of this game for all these delays and i bet it had to do with ego and vanity.

If you truly value your privacy then take out the hard drive your self and destroy the hard drive.
Best way to destroy your own hard drive is to use a drill and drill all the way through to the other side.
Saving dats is what USB keychains are for.
If a person has data from previous cases that dealt with child pornography and his profession is in dealing with evidence and maintaining that evidence for research into finding even more evidence for what ever that profession may require then you can place many police depts and people who help police as guilty as charged for holding onto child pornography.
So this man is innocent and his rights violated.
The man should have known better and should have used a secure server to hold his data encrypted for his EYES ONLY. Since I am sure many police dept around town and cities may want to hire to do more investigations into data retrieval on suspect hard drives.
Lots of companies with want ads but lets say you match the ad they are posting by 99.9% and you do not have that 1% skillset then you are not hired but whereas an H1B visa holder can just have 75% of those skillsets and be hired full time at reduced pay.
This is why certification is worthless. The more certs you have the more you have to match the skillset they want whereas I have none and can do it all but have to put up with these H1B.
The sad story of H1B is once they get american citizenship and get full time then they will be fired or replaced by a H1B who does not aspire to become a US citizen.
I also enjoy visiting FOSE where I can try the latest in high tech gear and the latest in flat panel technology.
But I really do love getting demo software the most and getting t-shirts from the booth babes.
If a high tech get together does not have booth babes then the entire function of the event is not worthy to attend.....unless Bill Gates was there or Steve Jobs.
Back in the 1990's it used to be so cool to move about and click here and there inside a web browser.
The idea is still cool and kinda futureistic but the tools and framework still need to be developed properly. I can not see VRML as viable until maybe VRML version 8.0
By then we all will be running a VRML version of WORLD OF WARCRAFT in our web browsers.

How can you block an image without already knowing and have seen what the image already is without looking at it yourself. Unless they are just going after the CRC file size of the file then this technuique is worthless.
It is like that police officer who hunts and goes after pedophiles as he gathers evidence against those pedophiles he himself has been sent to court/jail for having those same images on his pc. Even if it was a fake server to lure in bad people then all parents of the children in that database must get an OPT IN to let their nude child pictures be used to capture pedophiles.
This who thing is one big nasty mess..... I refuse to split between the 2 as its so nasty.
