I have to agree with the sentiment of this article. Why play guitar-based rhythm games like Guitar Hero, when you could be playing a real guitar?

DDR is just as bad. If you want to dance, join the Royal Ballet.

Also, I don't see why people play FPS games. If you want to shoot things, join the army.

The same applies to Sid Meiers' Civilization, it's no substitute for actually running a country. Stop playing it, and run for political office.

I can't stand people who play Tomb Raider either. It's a total joke. They should do what I do, and break into a real crypt to steal some artifacts.

Tetris is a farce. If you want to stack blocks, become a bricklayer.

Board games are just as bad. Why do people play Monopoly, when they could be out there earning real money from buying and selling real estate?

It all just makes me so angry.

I belong to a small and repressed minority group. For us, beeping is the gravest insult someone can make.

It's enough that we have to put up with car horns and mobile phones insulting us all day... now it's the BBC too, inserting beeps into songs.

I bet they think it's funny. But it is appalling. I thought the BBC were supposed to be PC.

Disgraceful.
