Fake accounts are a problem for the ad industry, which makes it a much bigger problem for FB than fake news and what not.

But it’s also a problem for users, because they are used to distort reality (1000s of likes to propaganda) and attack people or organizations.

Only a tiny little bit. A contract, whatever its wording, cannot cancel out a law.

But of course, the devil is in the details. It depends very much on what, exactly, the law says. And big companies have a lot of lawyer power to try and find whatever workaround they can.

Happened to me. Huge embarrassment, not to mention anger towards the recruiter.
