A couple of billion euros?

When ave we ever seen a european based project of this sort of scale come in on this sort of budget. I can't help thinking that this is money that could be better spent elsewhere.

Is it just me....

or is this a little bit sad. The first movie was a bit low budget but absolutely f**king brilliant!! Possibly one of my favourite movies of all time.

The following ones were OK, if you ignored the primary inconsistency of the statement made that the humans destroyed the time machine after Reece passes through, so how did these increasing complex terminators and Arnie's now good terminator(s) come through?!!

So instead of sitting back and saying 'well we did alright with all that' they are re-inventing the story lines to suit a whole new bunch of films. Added to which they are giving the helm to the guy who did Charlies Angels - which has to rate as one of my least favourite movies - I can't help thinking that they will end up with a kind of extended Duke Nuke 'Em style destructo-fest in place of a plot, characters or any relavence/relationship to the first film.

I think I'll be voting with my feet on these new films and waiting until they come on to the free small screen!!

You have to wonder...

that if he had made the cheque for a more sensible amount (eg $36,000) would he have got away with it? .

Bizarre pricing comments

You state the Seagate is the cheapest, yet from your links it's clear that the Samsung is actually better discounted (indeed the Seagate seems to be suffering from negative discount!!) and so cheapest as well!!

So in a country that has been populated by just about every race across the course of its history I'd love to know what an American looks like!!? I guess that actually means anyone not of middle-eastern origin, or perhaps you only qualify if you wear a checked shirt and are called Bubba!!

Agree with your comment re: Yoko Ono. What makes it worse is her total lack of understanding re basic physics. eg/ takes a VEEEERRRRRY long time to have a conversation with some one 431 light years away!!!!

Is this a precedent?

If the DVLA (Government Dept.) are allowed to sell these details, what is to stop the dept owning the national ID database (when it exists) doing exactly the same!! Maybe they'll just charge a bit more for the details.

Makes a bit of a mockery of all the security alledged put in place around these systems!!

But...

Will it complain about getting really depressed and the pain in the diodes down it's left side.
