Great robots playing Doom. Those will be the first to become self-aware and take the game into the real world. Or at least that's the way my luck would run.

There is also a trigger frequency. I have had some EDM/Techno music playing on my Echo and it will trigger from time to time. I have also had a TV commercial say "Mark this on your calendar" and my Echo lit up and said "You don't have your calendar linked to the system". I am not home most of the time, so it's just recording silence for me. One day I'll get a frequency generator and go up the tones until I find it. It has to be a really high frequency as I'm good at picking up on low frequencies.

Possible solution

How about we outsource CEO's and other upper executive officers? Maybe reduce the board of directors to a council of 7 with one of those members representing the hard working labor force? They help create the idea. They worked the long hours to debug the dang thing. Why shouldn't they have an advocate at the upper levels?

What source will be our next fuel?? Where will we get it? Same place we get Soylent Green from. :)

But the contract will still go to Diebold equipment because they've done government election equipment in the past. Therefore a preferred vendor. So how much will really change? I don't feel sorry for her at all. When you take high security positions, you are entrusted with sensitive materials that are not designed/intended to be openly released. You sign documents before you even get your badge stating you will not behave this way. I'm so tired of people feeling that THEIR values are more important. Reducing IT

When your low bid outsourced IT department is behind on patches and then you have a network breach, are we going to see the crying CTO saying "We did everything we could. Here is some free monitoring service for a year. Which is also outsourced to the same outfit that couldn't keep up on security patches."
