A tenant's forced air furnace stopped working earlier this month. I helped out the furnace guy who came to repair. He told me to replace the filters. I said it had only been a few weeks, but the tenants smoke cigarettes. He said that is bad, but marijuana smokers are the worst, when it comes to tar build up.

I highly recommend installing floor drain check valves (backflow preventers) in all basement floor drains. They start about $10.00 and take 15 minutes to install with only tool needed being a screwdriver.

is an app available in the play store for android. When turned on, it will access the original source and skip the AMP version that is clicked on. (I probably have explained it poorly, but it works).
