When few months ago I asked what service asks for your phone number, credit card number and doesn't offer any security in return the only thing I could hear was the tumbleweed rolling across the desert.
I'm readying popcorn for articles where ChatGPT was used to commit crime using personal data which people have willingly fed to the system.
I would be more than happy to ditch Microsoft/Office 365 but Europe doesn't have a comparable product. In fact, Europe doesn't have a product at all.
Apart from the obvious things like OneDrive, Sharepoint and Exchange Microsoft offers things like MEM and PowerAutomate which are very handy and can save a lot of resources.

You don't put the words "secure" and "Finland" in one sentence. Their (Finn's) attutide towards data security is years behind and in some cases non-existant. In some companies you'll find private data on Sharepoint (or any other collaboration platform) with no lock down. They have no idea what an IT security audit is. When you politely raise this with your manager they'll brush you off. It is assumed that data is accessed only by people who are meant to see it. They are basically heavily relying on "trust". While this may work perfectly fine inside Finland it's not how the rest of the world (or IT) works.
If someone tells you your data is stored/managed in Finland - run as far as you can.

Most people in Central and South America hardly have a choice.
When they come knocking on your door and "offer" you a job what are you going to do? Turn them down or pack and leave? If you decide to leave where exactly are you going to go?

I don't care about stock prices. As far as I'm concerned Microsoft had one of the worst years in history. A couple of big Azure outages, few weeks ago a widespread MFA malfunction. Windows 10 updates anyone? 1809?
2018 was actually the year I finally booted the last Microsoft product from my home.
Combining government "vision" with NHS dinosaur project management, lack of skill and knowledge you will get, well, in best case scenario nothing. In worst case, complete chaos which will hit the whole country.
The private "consultants", with average rates of £300/day will gladly pick those projects up.
I've worked in the NHS long enough to know how this works.
I started to listen to DAB about 10 years ago and I really enjoyed it but the service failed to expand in a reasonable manner. What made it worse was when BBC Radio 6 sacked Bruce Dickinson. Bruce effin Dickinson! You don't sack the lead singer of Iron Maiden. No, no.
Ditched DAB and moved permanently to internet in 2014. I can listen to anything I want and pretty much anywhere I want.

I'm not a religious person and I never read the Bible but the current Pope is quite decent. Some (most even) his opinions, essays and talks he gives are very smart and often don't even contain any religious preaching. Interesting, enjoyable, easy to listen and the issues he speaks about are relevant with to modern times. If only people took off their a**hats for few minutes and listened and perceived him as an inteligent man instead of someone who, in theory, is stuck few hundred years back.

Creating an automotive company from virtual zero in this age is incredibly difficult, nevermind challenging existing carmakers and most importantly consumers and their backward thinking.
Being a former domain admin at one of the NHS organizations I can tell you this is not going to fly. HSCIC is too small to have big enough influence and local NHS Trusts and hospitals don't realize how important the security is. It is taking them ages to approve something and when they approve it it's already outdated. Not to mention the non-existing budgets on IT training for IT employees.
