Actually @Lost all faith the students we train still have to pay back their earnings wherever they are on Earth. I checked up on this for my children who are being slowly sold off to the Student Loans Company as we speak.

Here's the list the nice people have provided showing the earnings threshold at which you have to start paying ££ back to blighty for each country.

If the govt could learn how to use Google, then they could find any number of SaaS recruitment solutions that are bloody good, and they could self host if they asked nicely (i.e. ££) for security purposes.

I think Symbian had a lot to do with the 'finger-in-the-ears' on Android.

Hard to kill your in-house baby even if it did give the average dev a screaming migraine every time they tried to code something in it.

Without that delay - who knows ?

Ah yes they also did the N8000 Linux tablet. If only multi-touch screens had been around when that came out...

Symbian had a lot to do with it.

They went totally overboard with designing a mobile first set of features whilst overlooking the fact that some poor devs had to learn how to code in it. I did a Symbian course and still have headaches.

Bluetooth: Remember us? Internet of Things before it was a Thing?

The problem with Bluetooth is the crappy UseEx.

E.g. when I can't hear anything from my Mac 'cos it's connected to the DAB radio in the kitchen again.

Then having to go into a deep set of menus somewhere to forget the device.

It's up there with getting music and photos on/off an iOS device.
