Do tell more. please.
My wife's a doctor (MD) and she has to use some kind of software to connect to the national health service. Guess what? There are only 5 or 6 companies providing the software and although the 2 best one use a client/server architecture (aka they run in a browser :D), it only runs on Chrom* on Windows.
The government also provides some kind of software but, as every government software, it's freaking buggy and, of course it only runs on Windows.
Just because you sign a waiver does not mean you know quite what risk you are taking.
OK, "by signing this waiver you acknowledge that death or permanent loss of limbs will occur." IF you don't know what risk are you taking when signing such waiver you're either an idiot or you just can't read and the people reading the waiver to you lied.
