Re: Email migration thoughts?

I've used bittitan migration wiz to do a 365 tenant to tenant migration. I believe it can handle g suite to 365 also.

I'm not sure about it being a new class of device. The real question is, is it a new Reg standard unit of measurement?

Cheap-ish. Not Intel. Nice graphics. Pick, er, 3: AMD touts Ryzen Pro processors for business

WTF?

"AMD also tries to guarantee that its Pro devices leave the factory untampered"

So they can't for the non-pro? That is a little scary.

BOFH: Guys? Guys? We need blockchain... can you install blockchain?

I'm surprised it didn't end with the BOfH saying he has been running a bitcoin mine in the data centre for years so they actually have blockchain at the moment...

Double encryption

steve-b

check out the wiki article on 3des encryption. It's probably applicable to any type of encryption.

It mentions that double encryption is not as strong as you would think, and goes on to explain the thinking behind 3des: encrypt with key 1, decrypt with key 2, encrypt with key 3.

WTH Nvidia

Re: WTH Nvidia

I noticed this last time GeForce experience updated that it required a logon to start.

I quickly uninstalled it as it doesn't add much value for me.

I just used it to remind me when there was a new driver available.

Re: How are these devices accessed from the internet though?

A big selling point is that they are accessible from some app remotely. I'd imagine most of them are upnp devices requiring very little setup. Couple that with home routers doing dynamic dns and such and its a recipe for this kind of disaster.
