Qubes sounds interesting, thanks for the lead.

I've a client that has to process thousands of emails from teenagers. Their system needs to be restored from image every few months, and now it needs Windows10 screwups fixed also.

We were looking at VM's for email or OS freezes, Qubes might be a good solution.

I'm going to be doing that with slow/non payers this year, it reaches a point where it's better to not have the work at all. At least you've then the time spare to allot to better clients.

Small export businesses, apparently this means small businesses that will be exported to New Zealand.

It might be... 85% of connections capable of up to 100mbs are connected at the top tier.

It could be the overall number of 100mbps connections has increased, with the percentage of the total falling due to recent FTTN additions which are incapable of that speed.

That's before addressing questions of the backhaul provisioned being capable of making the tiers actually usable.

Just more useless statistics, there's not enough information given to mean anything at all.

You realise that is exactly what they are getting. You have a mobile phone, the location is trackable as long as it is connected to cell towers. Victoria's Myki's, to fully use them you are asked to register an account, so you can view usage, and remaining balance... and scan them as you get on and off transport. Just not mandatory registration.. yet...

On the article... think of the children? !!! Why not do something concrete about decades of abuse by the church, it's become a cultural meme, and all that has resulted from recent investigations is some wrist slaps... and while they're at it... look at the orphanage system, it doesn't take many conversations with those who were "cared for" to find out how rampant abuse has been over the past decades.

But never mind all that, there's disgusting photos on that internet thingy, and we don't have to take blame for church or state institution if we focus on the internet!
