Its unlikely they will be able to stop people getting to porn sites imho but this is still worrying, there were amendments that were passed to make its less bad like making the definition of porn sites more clear and making sure sites like Reddit are not blocked at least to my knowledge.
Even then there no no legal compulsion for them to stop porn and its very unlikely they will put AV on Reddit, Twitter, Tumblr or any other site as the ORG says.

This is still a bad bill turn into a bad law.
Its unlikely blocking of sites or AV will begin anytime soon especially now that there a election. My guess we will see what happens after June 8th

many are fighting to make sure that are freedoms are not eroded, and has DRM moved to farm equipment and coffee makers? can anyone back that up? but there has been a huge push back against most forms of DRM.
are digital freedoms and all forms of freedom are not being steadily erode because many are fighting to protect them and you can help by supporting the EFF and ACLU

Well this is not the beginning of the end but more like the end of the beginning and many dont want to see DRM expand to cover everything, hopefully none of that happens and even if it did I can see it being hard to enforce. Most end uesrs dont want to give up control of what they do.

tho its unlikely the sites will be blocked anytime soon and if they did you are going to see a huge spike in VPN use in the UK (and its already happening over the IPbill)

rational minds will prevail in the end and many of them have just look at the article 50 court ruling but you are right a bit but I dont think she will able to pass British Bill of Rights and other stuff, most in the UK who voted leave seem to want us to stay in the EU after seeing how bad and evil May and her some amount of pro brexit are.
but I dont think we will leave the EU in the end but we need to keep fighting the Torys and kick them out if there a early election and hopefully we will win in the end.

but it looks like there wont be any website blocking but instead fines so how are they Implementing a Great Firewall if there not blocking sites? and even if they did what are they going to do about VPNs and Proxys and Tor? and many people dont support this so I think you are missing the point here and there will always be free pr0n in the UK if they like it or not, website blocking has never work btw
