It occurs to me, that as we look farther and farther out, we look farther and farther to the past....and we WILL see more things like this...ever more, ever more frequently. For at some point we will be looking at the the very first instance. The initial eruption of the big bang, if you will.
Well, I certainly don't approve of what the site was about, but they are a poster child for the carelessness and dishonesty web based companies approach security with. It could and well already has been any kind of ecommerce agent.... After every attack of this comes to light, one is forced to wonder.....weren't they reading the news? Did they really think..."it can't happen to us" ? Oh, but I do get it...it's just a business, it's there to make money...nothing more.
I use Google all the time. I am not aware they that they sell much more than nexus gadgets. Sure if you search for a certain product google will present you with paid sponsors first, and perhaps those sellers that accept google wallet. Fact is, its not hard to find your favorite seller in any given set of search results
But as a bonafide Southerner whose arteries are clogged with more than a little sausage gravy, let me say, that this is a po folks dish and it out to be kept simple. Our biscuits have no sugar because sugar was expensive in the old days, but we could grow our wheat for flour easy enough. So a biscuit really wanted to be a scone but through serendipity it ended up being a unique and lovely thing. Now for the gravy it needs nothing but flour and milk at most, the very most. A touch of baking soda will give some lift but that is really fru fru. The whole savoriness of the dish is the seasoning of the sausage which ends up flavoring the gravy and all. Some black pepper and maybe a dash of salt are all you will ever need further, if you even want those. When it comes to biscuits.....chill your dough before you cut out the biscuits, and promplty bake them, they will come out flaky this way. Also, the best biscuits are the ones which become stone within a few hours. They must be eaten quite fresh. Whoever mentioned browning the gravy........don't you dare. Not for this dish.
If anyone wants to know why Android wallets haven't flown, let's consider Google Wallet. When it first came out, you could enter information for whatever accounts you wanted, and then go bonking. Later updates completely obfuscated access to the pay per bonk functions such that getting it up and ready took ten times longer than just whipping out a debit card. Google Wallet may well want to be many things. But the version that lives on my phone only needs one function. And that is to bonk!
Re: Tethering in USA...Yes, it costs a goodly fortune and then some. Unless you have rooted your phone and installed something less ornery, like Cyanogenmod that allows tethering without cost. I do believe one's carrier can tell when you are doing it, and may throttle you but you get what can get when you can get it.
