Too many other things I checked match perfectly. CSIS will be getting back to me. We shall see but it looks like it is locked tight. It helps a lot that I am totally invisible on line. So is my main work partner. Even if you check my IP address it has a radius of about seven kilometres. That includes about 80,000 people. I also live behind a virtual wall. Even my address with the online accounts does not lead directly to me. What I have resembles a post office box.
Category 5 (252 km/h or higher): Catastrophic damage will occur: A high percentage of frame homes will be destroyed, with total roof failure and wall collapse. Fallen trees and power poles will isolate residential areas. Power outages will last for weeks to possibly months. Most of the area will be uninhabitable for weeks or months.
What about when it is basically a giant tornado? When the percentage is 100%. When the power is gone? When the islands are gone?
Do we then start using Category 6?
Earthquakes fall into Chaos Theory, same as the weather. I ran my own world wide sensitive seismograph for many years and was a part of the B.C. seismography system. I could detect anything from ocean waves hitting cliffs during storms 400 klicks away to earthquakes in Greece.
Like the weather the closer in time to the event the more accurate the prediction. That is a matter of weeks at the best unless it is something like a volcano or an atomic weapon that you know is going to blow soon as well as mine blasting. In the case of the weather if one says it will be similar tomorrow as it is today one will be correct about 70% of the time.
Here on the west coast of Canada we are waiting for the BIG one. Based on previous records it is a bit overdue. The chance is stated as percentage probability of it happening sooner or later. There are some interesting correlations though. There is a higher chance of a swarm of small quakes every spring in this general area.
Being in a big one is very interesting. Many years ago I was in San Francisco staring at the remains of King Tut when a shallow 6.2 hit. The quake resistant museum building began sliding on its foundation about six inches, back and forth. It wasn't easy to stand. Hundreds of alarms began sounding. The security people were totally confused about what to do. One person ordered everyone to stand against the walls. Stupid. The walls were filled with artifact displays. If I was a criminal I could have stolen just about anything in the first minute or so. Lie down or on your knees would have been appropriate.
Another time when I was quite young a bigger one hit. I ran outside and could actually see waves passing across a large open field of short grass. It was like standing in a small boat in the ocean. I have been in about five earthquakes that caused some damage. Then there was Mount. St. Helens. I wasn't near it but it was a close call for the ash storm.

I have a nice home phone that costs nothing to phone somebody in North America in the evening. I have been leaving some replies to phone scammers for a couple of weeks now. It is my new hobby for a while.
I have also been playing with possible DTMF tones and some interesting brown noise with Wahwah.
Back before Google killed their news site I more that once informed them that NASA is NOT a political entity in Africa. They ignored me.
On a lot of those sites one may compress the site by making the window narrow. In many cases that will then show only the text and nothing else. It is also possible to scroll to just the right place where the text is readable but the play stops. I do not do that often except on a couple of news sites where I am published. The best site here is the local newspaper site.
By far the best sites are ones that are also paper newspapers such as the one my daughter owns.
Sounds good to me. When that happens I instantly leave the site. That is especially the case when I check the news on Newslookup.com.
As for the ultrasonic tracking that must be referring to me. Very recently I was riding my hacked e-bike as fast as I could make it go. A good looking woman a bit younger than me was laughing and said

I have slightly changed my sound wave. I am sending a sound sequence calculated to possibly induce epilepsy like some video games. This is a bit of a hobby for a while since it doesn't cost me anything to send this. I am waiting to see if they change the scam greeting again. The first time the greeting was half an hour long. The next morning they shortened it to 1 minute.
I can also confuse them because I have more than one phone number. The one I am using is not listed and does not accept incoming. It is also a dumb phone on the net. The people that supply my line think this is hilarious. But then they are students (summer job) from the university where I am working.
The only microphone I have turned on lately is one that intentionally records other sounds. I am using it to answer scammers that ask for your e-mail address.

If instead of providing some software, the engineer provided a physical tool for someone to use in a burglary, or even lent them a vehicle to use as a getaway car, would they be committing a crime?
Another example is providing firearms to mentally ill people in the USA.
I am afraid it isn't just in the US. I was speaking to a member here that doesn't have a member. That memberless member told me that Shawnigan Lake is south of here. It is 30 kilometres north northwest of the station. South that far is 26 kilometres in the ocean. Then I spoke to the Watch Commander about how I could possibly pin down the IP address actual location address of a criminal with a fair degree of accuracy. He gave me a virtual blank stare.
My IP is intentionally difficult to pin down but I can still get it to about 7 km. It is in the same jurisdiction.
A simple way to identify tables that are printed as graphics is to sprinkle single yellow pixel codes over the image area. This was invented by Xerox for the early colour printers. The government insisted that the serial number of each machine be printed on the copies to make it possible to track money counterfeiters.
Single yellow pixels are almost impossible to see visually. Privacy violation started a long time ago.

Perfectionists of sorts, individuals born on August XXXXX are versatile folks with a penchant for creativity and ingenuity. Ruled by the planet Mercury, the ruler of the zodiacal group, these people have an analytical mind and a rational approach to life. This practicality often overshadows the caring, sensitive and compassionate temperament of these people. The observant nature, charming personality and sophisticated taste of these people make them unique and distinctive. Adding to this is their generous and sincere nature that makes these individuals have a positive and productive outlook towards life and people. August XXXXX individuals have great communication skills and are gifted speakers.
I totally forgot to mention all the auto ferries. The lineups can be very long. One is verbally instructed as to what lane to drive into before boarding the ferry. There isn't the slightest chance that an auto auto could handle that. I also wonder how it would handle the Autobahn? If in the left lane a motorcycle may be approaching from behind at 300 to 400 kilometres per hour. I have been there.
The real cost should be calculated as lives taken. How many times did the auto discourage driver/rider awareness?
There WILL be times when the person in the seat MUST take control.
I also do not expect to see them around here anytime soon. This town is extremely complicated. Just check out Victoria on Goggle Earth (not Google maps but the full Google Earth). There are many things such as sudden hills and curves with big and small traffic circles and many changes in speed limits with some very low.
Then there is the issue of bike riders all over the town and they have priority over autos in most places. They also do not have to full stop at a stop sign. Some places the are full stops for the cyclist but they are commonly ignored. Some places the cyclists have their own divided lanes that suddenly become just a line on the road. Some of the bike lanes have their own traffic lights, some don't. Then there is the drawbridge as well as military vehicle traffic.
In winter the roads can suddenly have frost or black ice for just a few metres at the tops of the many small hills. Then there are areas that have five times more precipitation than downtown Victoria, mostly in the winter now. I also very much wonder how they could drive through this:
I have been driving for over 50 years. I have never hit anything accidentally. No tickets since the 70's and only two then. I have hit another vehicle intentionally but that is a different story... Crash bars are handy when somebody is about to run you off the road.
Auto cars should require at least one hand on the wheel every 30 seconds. An open eyes detector would be a good idea. Even then it will not work with many of the vehicles currently on the road. There is some pretty crazy shit on the roads, especially in back country roads. I wonder how they will fare with logging trucks? Every load they look different and are frequently covered in mud. The driver nails a ribbon on the longest end log at the back but that is not always visible in a short while. I have just barely missed being killed a few times. That was because I anticipated the possible mistakes like a shifting load.
I am currently making plans with others to take down some of these. Just today I did some instruction with a very nice woman I will be working with. I will also be doing some official instruction regarding these serious problems.
One site in particular is trying to charge customs duties for packages full of air. It starts with a local phone call. It includes trapping the visitor on the site and then forcing an e-mail to get loose. Then the empty package is delivered for cash using a fake well marked vehicle. The e-mail then has further uses. Since this requires a physical appearance I would say the operator is pretty fucking stupid. I will have the call redirected by my partners. I will have the package delivered to me. Might get some nice Kung Fuk U practice.
