I always found EE's customer service to be keen but crap. Mostly clueless, script following, no initiative.

I didn't really expect much more so I'm glad I only needed to talk to them a couple of times.

At least indifference would set my expectations from the outset.

Our EE broadband is a solid 8Mb/s apart from some mild evening/weekend contention.

It's the 3G signal that sucks. Especially on London train lines...

If there were a decent alternative that also gave us a fiver a month off our broadband then I'd switch in an instant!

Google Now sucks donkey balls in terms of intelligence, as opposed to looking stuff up. And I'm a fandroid!
