"You can not detect "race""
You can "determine" what it was. Better? Pedantry at it's finest.
"It depends on who you ask"
No? Name a country that allows you to be a citizen just by saying you are one. It's a status granted by where you are born, or where your parents were born (making the assumption you don't move obviously). Israel is the only exception, and certain sects of Jews probably share a lot of similar DNA and ancestry to justify that.
"As for nationality, no amount of equipment or funding will make it possible to tell nationality from cells"
You're splitting hairs. Look at "Genetic heritage" or "Genetic Ancestry". There's an entire field of science you're claiming isn't real and doesn't exist, without knowing anything about it. If you can tell which period of time a person is from, and which part of the world, you can most definitely identify their nationality. I'm not saying it's stored in their DNA, i'm saying you can identify it in specific instances.
"Races exist culturally, they do not exist biologically"
A popular opinion, but there's a bit more to it. If 15 people die in a house fire the makeup and density of bones, teeth, etc can tell which part of the world those people and their ancestors originated from to a fine degree. Providing the effort to do that is not usually necessary, unless you've discovered a mummified body of an ancient king while excavating a Tesco car park.
So in some cases and with the correct funding and equipment you can tell which nationality someone was when they were alive.
"That's simply not true"
It's absolutely true. The Nazis were already ramping up their troops levels and by 1934 were massively out of the scope of the Treaty of Versailles, which limited their fighting forces.
You seem to have answered a question I didn't ask. I simply stated they were preparing for war, which they clearly were, and i'll provide a source below. You've instead responded to a different question about "whether they were ready for war".

"They may have been disgusting Nazis but their management understood technology better than ours did"
They were preparing for war. We were not. Anything to give them an edge was useful. We also didn't bother with advanced ballistic missiles until we had to either (as the article points out).
"They got a lot of our secrets and tech in exchange for selling us overpriced goods."
They also dismantled the empire in exchange for their help, in addition to the demands they made for advanced technology. The empire was in slow decline anyway, but the Americans ended it for their own benefit.
"I was just about able to handle the chinese needing you to scan a QR code to get toilet paper off the dispenser"
Don't be silly. You won't need to use QR codes.
Just use the app for the toilet paper dispenser...Wait...Servers are down...Shit! Better get in the shower to clean your arse then!
Jacket icon because i need something to wipe my arse on now the app is down.
What about the famous Sony Playstation 3 case?
Sony advertises OtherOS function allowing users to install Linux on the console, then removes the feature with an update. Since an important (for some people) advertised feature was removed it took years in court for Sony to finally pay up a measly amount of cash.
In all honesty, the best thing you can do is return the headphones for a refund, if still under warranty. If not, then try a class action suit.
"just to say that any law that uses subjective feelings to judge if an offence has occurred is not well thought-out."
And that's why hate crime laws are often a bad idea and do more harm than good. Offence is often subjective. I speak as someone who has a protected characteristic under the equality act.
"robbers using the gun they found in the bed-side drawer"
That wouldn't work in the UK then. The robber would have to settle for bludgeoning the homeowner to death with whatever dildo they find in the top drawer.
Do American's really use their sex drawer for storing guns? How bizarre...
"In the same way a country with democratic in its named is not democratic"
Next you'll be telling me the Democratic People's Republic of Korea isn't really Democratic. They have elections you know? There's only one name on the ballot, but still, it's an election none-the-less.
Toxic or not i'd never hire anyone who spoke like that in an interview because 1) It's crass and offensive (the first example in the image especially). 2) It's extremely unprofessional. Skin colour aside, if you can't formulate a sentence without slang or using the words: "Nigga", or "Nigger", then good luck getting a job in any industry or field. Even brilliant qualifications can't make up for that.
Anyone who donates money to a cause seems to be open to those accusations. Even donating to existing charities leads to some people being accused of supporting everything that company has ever done. Bill Gates seems immune to this, so perhaps it's better to create a charity...
