Out of the Box Thinking
The grief is probably caused by native NSA authored microcode that needs an update.

On PC, it isn't average, it rocks. The game play on my RTX 3090 is buttery smooth with 150 FPS (I capped it there) at 1440 res on a 32" screen. I played 60 hours so far and am still loving it. Only one CTD in that time . A few glitches that a game reload fixed, but overall a good quality game.
There are a lot of cut scenes. Thankfully, you can skip most of them, but there are a few times where you are forced to "walk and talk" about non-game impacting matters that annoys me. If you are into story then you'll like this game.
Taking on a horde is challenging (as it should be), but I could never get one below half without having to pull out, scrounge for resupply, then return. I'm not a Red Bull infused youth so that may be my age showing, but resupply should be a tad easier. Surprised there's no merchant to buy raw goods.
Best method: Wait until a horde leaves their cave, sneak in and leave remote bombs and scattered gas cans behind then, wait for them to return. Mark the last one to enter with bino's and when he stops moving, detonate the bombs. Satisfying.
When you find the M249, hang onto it.
Well worth $40 on Steam.
They've eliminated a government program to protect computer systems, probably at the behest of NSA who runs government programs to undermine computer security. Why pay for both?
Also, why do you feel a citation is needed in a government press release. The reasons given are almost certainly not the real ones.
Or, crazy thinking I know, disable all driver aids and let the person with a license drive the damned car. If it goes off the road, we know who to blame.
Also, having a car company lead the investigation through log retrieval and interpretation is like the mob doing face-to-face witness questioning before trial.
The only time I actually need to be in the office is when I need to physically touch something. Realistically, that's a couple of days a month unless I have a big install project. Everything else (vSphere, O365, AD, backups, trouble tickets, environmental controls, security, etc.) I can do remotely.
Companies are rushing to set minimum numbers of days a week to justify their investment in real estate. There is no practical reason for me to be in the office x days a week just to be there.
Microsoft is just like the House of Commons. They add new code to Windows 10 regardless of whether it's needed, while politicians add new unneeded laws to an already stacked pile. All to keep up the illusion they are necessary and worthy of the massive pay rises and bonuses they give themselves.
Windows 10 will be "improved" (into the ground) until the code base bloats to the point where it requires a fresh start and they wipe it out do it all over again.
The Director of the NSA repeatedly lied to Congress under oath. The US government violated the US Constitution on a national scale. The person who proved they were breaking the law is the subject of an income grab by the US government because he didn't submit his book to a corrupt system for approval.
If the USA lasts beyond 2030, I'll be surprised.
About three weeks after being rudely laid off, I was called by the same HR Manager who had done the deed to inquire about some photos on my cell phone I had taken to document the disassembly of a major piece of ancient IT equipment a year before. It was then placed in storage. Turned out they needed to put it back together to get some audit data off it, but no one knew how to re-assemble it. The cabling on the back side was horribly complicated and used the same connector cables and blocks. Without docs and my "before" images, it would be challenging. Someone in the company recalled I had taken the pics on my Sony flip phone.
I had the images showing the cabling runs, plus a e-copy of the equipment manual (that had been very hard to track down) showing assembly / disassembly stages also my folio with serial/model numbers and other relevant scribbling. I simply told them that as I had been let go for for "not meeting company standards" and "inadequate documentation of activities," I wondered aloud why he thought I would have such things. The ten seconds of silence from the other end of the phone was priceless.
He then said it would be in my best interest to turn over any documentation to avoid "legal proceedings." I replied that he himself had told me in the exit interview to not retain any company info. I told him I had formatted my phone after leaving the building to conform to his HR policy, wished him luck and hung up. That was the last I heard from him. To the best of my knowledge, they never succeeded in re-assembling that gear.
HR people will hold the companies best interest over yours every single time.
Wait til Jan / Feb. Will be lots of stock then and no one will be buying as everyone will have splurged for Christmas. Best time to buy.
Anyone buying a card second hand from a scalper is an idiot and a contributor to the problem. Let them watch their cards depreciate on the shelf.
What continues to amaze me is that Euope is still "negotiating" a settlement. The Brexit vote was over four years ago with a two year deadline and there's still no agreement. Why they don't just say "FU, you want out, yer out. That's a hard Brexit then," amazes me. It's well within their powers and authority to do so.
A surprise rake handle to the face for every man, woman and child in 'Great' Britain. Lord knows we asked for it through uneducated voters and bent politicians who will make a packet in the process.
"Having been threatened with having his child forcibly removed for adoption unless he identified his fellow hackers, single father Monsegur is said to have passed on information to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)."
The FBI are supposed to be the good guys. Yet they threaten the well being and long term emotional stability of a child to get what they want.
I guess their motto is now Fidelity, Bravery, Intimidation.
... to the downfall of society. Where Facebook and Twitter posts have replaced the news. Where opinions are presented as fact without any supporting evidence. Where Fake News is just news. Where the Flat Earth Society is increasing in numbers year after year.
Monumental ignorance growing to a planetary scale.
The human race is doomed.
