It's funny.
Some people have said over the years that it would be funny if their offices burnt down so they would have no way of knowing who paid and didn't.
Personally, I think the IRS is using this as a excuse to justify demanding more money. It's how all government agencies expand their power. But I say NO! Sell off some of those billion bullets and use that money to fix things.
If it was a crack team of Russian government cyber ninjas then I am sure they used the very basic practice of randomizing IP and MAC addresses. All hackers worth their salt automate that step and have their router check for it as redundancy.
The only way a Russian address would be in there if somebody intentionally put it in.
Every time they come out with a new "faster" network, it ends up slowing back down over time, as they increase the amount they charge. They also offer unlimited storage (for now) only to change their mind a few years down the road.
No thanks. I will keep and EXPAND my own control over my own communications.

Every single piece of legislation takes money out of your hands and puts it in the hands of government or a corporation, or it takes control out of your hands and puts it in the hands of government or corporations.

The best option is to come up with one where we can keep 100% control if we like, but the more control people are willing to relinquish, the more features they get. Although,that has pitfalls also.
Hackers have been in a cyber war with Sony for at least a decade. Sony pissed off a LOT of people.
Sony supported the bringing down of Wikileaks. Pirate Bay, they support the actions of the RIAA and MPAA of suing people all over the world.
Sony supported SOPA, PIPA, ACTA, CISPA, NDAA, Patriot Act, Freedom Act, Citizens United, and countless other hostile actions against freedom.
Sony offensively attacked their customers that purchased their software by installing root kits on customers computers because Sony executives thought that it was okay for them to just take and accesss whatever they want on your computer.
Sony files lawsuits against hackers that used features on the Playstation, even though Sony advertised them.
I could go on all day. In short, Sony created their own problems, and they continue to propagate them. They have nobody to blame but themselves.

It was a couple of years ago that the Obama administration turned over some of the root servers of DNS to ICANN. It didin't seem to make sense then, but it does now.
This is an atempt by the NWO to take control over the Internet. Seizing control over communications is a major form of attack on any nation; just ask anybody in the military.
THIS meeting was recorded and released, because it creates a picture that they are all friendly people making a positive change to the Internet, but all the other meetings are kept secret.
Many people believe and have said, "This cannot be allowed under ANY circumstances, and we need to completely eliminate ICANN involvement with the Internet, by all means available."
I think we need a replacement of DNS immediately. A replacement that can't be under the control of any government or organization. IPv6 may make it possible. If web sites were to publish their IPv6 address along with their DNS URL, then DNS can be bypassed.
We need browsers to start downloading and obtaining IP address information locally, in a database, and downloadable from various web sites.
Many have said "A full out cyber attack on ICANN would be justified, to keep them from functioning in ANY capacity."
I think we absolutely need an immediate replacement to DNS, that is NOT under control of any entity or government on any level. It should be tier to tier and pier to pier.

Attorney does not understand copyright law.
Those that took the pictures own the copyright, unless it was first contracted with them otherwise. The copyright owner is responsible for defending their own copyright, and for control over the material.
If the copyright owner is the one that uploaded it, then it's that persons responsibility, and they have effectivly entered it into the public domain.
Here is another trick. Use of GiB or MiB or KiB instead of GB, MB, KB. The old terms are the correct ones, if you use the correctly. Kilo means 1000, not 1024. Just because computers use a base 2 system and it has remainin unused bits does not change the true meaning of the word.
Mega means 1 Million

You don't need to worry about the extra bits of data unless you are a programmer, then you can simply reference them mathematically.
You are going to upload it to "the cloud" THEN encrypt it? Guess what? It's already there and on backups in an unencrypted form.
The "cloud" is just a new buzzword for a very old idea (over 30 years). It simply means store your data on somebody elses servers, all under THEIR control.
If you work for a company or a government agency that has an internet connection, and your own servers, then you already have everything you need for your OWN cloud, completely under YOUR control.
As a Network engineer, I have my own servers running at home, and I can access the data from anyplace on earth.
Nobody is going to take it down without my knowledge or permission, and even if they could, I have hidden backups, and my data is heavily encrypted.
No warrant, no information, sorry governments.

Haven't you heard? They are too big to fail, so the PCI rules don't apply to them.
The law must be binding on everyone, high and low, or there not laws at all. If the banks don't and they are not held accountable, then we don't recognize those rules either, and we would expect any "fines" to be exactly perportional.
God! I don't believe you are talking "Windows 8" and a scaled down system all in the same sentence. And I'm not even talking about the resources that Windows 8 requires. I'm talking about the fact that Rasberry PI and any equivilent are hacker tools, and any descent hacker is not even going to consider Windows 8 as part of that tool.
It's NOT stealing. If they have exactly 10 copies on the shelf to be sold, and they sell every one of them, then you who have no intention of buying it anyways, decide to copy it for yourself, you have not deprived them of peoperty.
Just because they call it theft in their little advertisements, does not make it so. In order to be theft, you must be depriving them of property. Making a copy of something is copyright violation, and that is a different definition under law.
Since the media industry have been so unfair, ruthless, openly hostile, injust, and downright criminal in their actions, many of us no longer recognize their copyright. SONY!
Any artist, or studio releasing anything with one of those brands, forfet their copyright, and pirates everywhere will use whatever methods they can to crack, and distribute, and will ofen even place their own watermarks, or at least establish plausible deniability.
