Oh well pity the poor suckers that bought into these crap downloads but undoubtedly google will show a few questionable programs to permanently remove this DRM anyway or numerous forums will spring up to give a few pointers in the appropriate direction as well !

Now that the next generation of real multitasking super home computers and laptops are coming none of which will be stressed in disposing of any form of current model DRM being sold , I guess the writing is on the wall but fools being the incompetent fools and adherents of the "Peter Principle" with empty vacant heads incapable of holding more then one thought a time , will always ignore the obvious !

The Problem Is

The problem is that with the super rich we tend to forget to run a huge chain of Hotels like the Hilton it is in reality a combination of both directly owned and a number of exclusive owner owned and operated franchised banner operations at the same time ! So effectively it allows for increase flexibility of limited capital with long term development loans on the core assets whilst simultaneously not over capitalising fixed assets called land and buildings and fixtures within the Hotel Chain itself !

We also tend to forget in large organization spread over the continents the assets of both the hidden partners and the franchised hotel owners tend to be lumped under one unifying banner and the figures are then arbitrarily assigned to one person to make their wealth look impressive , yet in real terms it is not wholly owned or operated by any one man but a series of partners , thus when this partnership is dissolved the wealth is disbursed accordingly because no one man held the entire chain assets in one hand anyway and it also allows for a large paper assigned numeric value to be put on the Banner Name associated with the entity in question !

One Classic example is Rupert Murdoch who owns a very small percentage of his media empire where it's full value is nominally assigned to him but he ensures that the dual shareholding system of dividend stock which is sold to the general public at the stock market is truly separate from the vested voting shares which he rigorously controls as to whom and where they are allocated ! Routinely we see him labelled as a billionaire and yet his divorce financial papers submitted for judgement with first wife Elizabeth show his wealth in a totally different light when compared to the so called Forbes Rich List Figures !

Ah figures can do many things including creating an artificial disguise from reality !

As for her claimed annual income , take it with a grain of salt , for the only real arbiter is your confidential tax filings in the various countries you have earned it thus and many countries have very high tax rates on exported incomes as well !

So it looks like she has to pay for the family Bentley after all !

How sad it is that many silly people blindly take these figures as absolute gospel and appear to be unable to look behind the veil of misinformation when the the word child is included in the sentence. By using such a word you can thus stampede the fools in the direction you want , truly evil indeed !

But then again if I did a full complete tax audit on the entire German Police Force and trolled all their bank accounts and storage areas I would probably uncover ten times that number guilty of some transgression of the local laws !

Funny you should mention credit card fraud , the funny thing is that all credit card companies in the US annually accrue stagnant bad debts from real users well in excess of ten times that which is lost to fraud (they fail to note that a majority of fraud on credit card in real terms is actually born by their merchants as the money is issued by with an escrow notice of withdrawal between sixty and ninety days hence , they not that stupid , as it is in all the merchant agreement fine print and sub clauses !)

Although in the US since all banks or financial institutions who were involved in external agency mortgage brokers have currently zero cash reserves and are dependent on Fed Notes to tied them over(technically speaking most of these institutes are actually in breach of 1933 Banking Laws and are the bankrupt FDIC's worst nightmare coming true which covers credit funds to the value US $100K maximum ) it would be not improbable that they will slug the remaining viable customers by doubling or even tripling the fees and interest charges as the number of normal card user defaults rapidly increase to an abnormal sudden peak levels as the individuals with zero assets are made bankrupt by debt collecting agencies to take advantage of some very brutal wording in the new revised US Bankruptcy Laws in regard to income confiscation to repay their debts and fees !

Sadly of course they will also screw their normal viable business customers and undoubtedly they will force loan restructures , devalue existing assets , higher repayments new fees and the other crap so that they too will cover the financial institutes stupid and incompetent lending practices by hiring exterior brokers whose only income was derived from volume lending commission fees thus failing the standard Bankers Mantra "Only lend to those that can afford it" !

Given the billions screwed from the EU , to stop the total combustion of the US Financial and Banking system from closing it's doors permanently across the country , I would not be unsurprised that within less then 12 months from now card interest rates will hit at least 30% or may even go higher then that and all merchant fees will probably bumped by 50% or more to cover any additional losses as they struggle with massive debts and minimal covering assets !

Remember these are the same wankers who had forgotten to ask the critical question as to why a vast majority of their teachers would have amounted to a zero sum equation in the real world of business out side of the school of useless unrealistic theories of everything of what management should be they taught as fact rather than the fiction it really is !

Unfortunately these cheap mismanagement rejects were hired for a stupid cost cutting exercise(you get what you pay for and pay for what you get) and thus not unsurprisingly they promptly replicated and place additional one percent clones of themselves into every corner possible !

Sad , the only real reform would be if all the share or stockholders were individually responsible for paying the the fine !

for example

First offence 10% of all shares held

Second offence 20% of all shares held

Third offence 50% of all shares held

One would say after the second offence all senior staff responsible for the debacle would cease to be employable in any industry and on committing a third offence would be lucky to keep the shirts on their backs as they would be leaving the front door so fast that their assets would be reclaimed before they got down the first step toward the pavement to join the permanent unemployable queue !

As always the punishment should fit the crime !

Alas just another dud

Alas due to a kick up the bum by the paying punters , they have since decided to abandon that second rate also ran idea , as one that would not work until when sheep tossing becomes a national sport after thrashing all kiwis in any other sport !

MS Explorer was a relatively small vessel of 2398 tonnes displacement built in Finland in 1969 originally called the MS Linblad Explorer and was the first custom designed vessel to take well heeled tourists to the frozen wastelands both north and south !

In it's illustrious career it has had several name changes by successive owners(ask any ordinary mariner that to change the name of any sailing vessel bodes ill omens at a future date)

Oh well looks like the maritime gods did not take too kindly to it's shortened name !
