Am I reading correctly that people are being told to form their own committees to consult on their own redundancies?

Surely its the job of HR to form the committee to answer the employee's questions?

Also, if employee's are being told to do their own consultations, if they don't form a committee at all does that mean that IBM would then be in contravention of employment law if they made someone redundant who did not have a chance to consult?

I'm geniunely interested to know as when it happened to us it was HR who had to go around and have individual consultations with everyone at risk.

So if the ICO brings forth one person who got a text from these clowns and who didn't give permission can they please multiply the penalty a hundred fold for making ICO waste time and effort?

Change to code to require only majority of signatories?

I know enough about cryptocurrencies to know that I dont know enough, but would it be possible to modify the Eth codebase so that multisig contracts only require the consent of the majority of signatories rather than all of them and thus be able to unlock the wallets that way?

Then once they are unlocked and moved to a safer wallet the codechange can be reverted?

I've read the article here and nowhere does it state that he did anything other than report it to the company 2 minutes after discovering it.

Years ago I had a pair of headphones with the softest foam ring I've ever encountered and never been able to find them again.

they were the only pair I could wear that didn't give me blinding head pains after two hours of gaming.

Now I'm reduced to using in-ear buds because nothing breaks immersion more than the screams of agony when you realise that your glasses are now embedded into the side of your head and you didn't notice until you went to adjust them

The Police pointed out a number of domains to Nominet,

Nominet investigated them and discovered the violated the agreed upon contract and suspended them,

whats the problem?

If Nominet had suspended properly registered and valid domains without a court order then step on them, but in this case, the police told them something, the looked at the domains, found they were wrongly registered and suspended them.

anyone that was affected could have simply updated their details with valid details and got turned back on again. As has happened with the valid ones that were suspended.

I don't think the world has much to fear from terrorists who's only source of inspiration is a video game.
