Re: 100% code coverage testing

You put tests around the lines that do something that you want to happen. You take out the lines that don't need tests around them.

Why wouldn't you have 100% code coverage? How many lines have you put in that don't need testing but have to be there? And what are they doing that's important enough to warrant inclusion but not important enough to verify with a test?

No, not in the slightest. It's about keeping the wealth with the wealthy. You can argue about it as much as you like but the facts speak for themselves. Who made loads of cash out of the misery that was the pandemic? And who put the effort in to keep us going and got offered a 1% pay rise?

So, this isn't to do with "identification", it's to do with maintaining personal relationships.

So, I was right to call this as bullshit, humans are not restricted to identifying 150 people, they can only maintain effective personal relationships with 150 people.

Thanks for clarifying!

Through the Looking Glass – holographic display hardware is great, but it's not enough

sabroni Silver badge

re: I'm pretty sure that displayed things in 3D

It did, well sterescopic like the display in this piece. The new 3ds even did it properly, by tracking your eyes and adjusting itself to keep you in the sweet spot.

Great feature, worked well on most games that used it, but it's just not enough of a wow to make people buy. By the end of it's life, the last pokemon game for example, they'd stopped bothering with the 3d render.

You need true depth of field for 3d display to be a system seller.
