Could be either, Call it "climate change" and invent a scam called "carbon trading".

2 helpful responses...

1) Pretend to be an old dodderer and lead them on (thus wasting their time and running up their phone bill) and just before they get to the bit where they have your information, tell them to bugger off.

(My last ones were on for 20 mins and 15 mins respectively). Great fun!

2) Have a VERY LOUD whistle handy near the phone.

BOTH methods can be used consecutively for maximum enjoyment.

Brits' borked Samsung kit held up after repair centre slips into administration

PeterM42
Thumb Up

A different experience

When my daughter's Galaxy Note developed a fault under warranty, O2 who it was bought from, refused to accept it was a fault and tried to charge for repair. Samsung themselves sent a prepaid bag and repaired it under warranty and totally free of charge.

I managed to screw compensation out of O2 for all the hassle they gave us (long story!).

O2 permanently LOST 2 customers. As far as I was concerned, Samsung improved their already excellent reputation.

W8 is the shitheap from hell and will be instrumental in killing off Microsoft unless they REALLY pull their finger out. No corporate wants the retraining costs for W8.
