The idea of a browser with nothing but an address bar to me is horrible, so I hate Google Chrome.
I run FF with classic theme restorer so I can have it looking like any Windows program.
Search box, square tabs, a menu, stuff you expect.
But it takes a while to start now because of the GUI restoration
I saw their short list of 5 and thought oh is that the best they have.

Leave voters acting like toddlers with ice creams.
Ollius has a point, try reading anything from the news sites of the tabloids and try to find anything not doing it.
Most common thing I have read is the insultive "you lost get over it". Then the term "Remoaner". And they have to cheek to moan about being compared to toddlers, if they want to be treated as an adult, act like an adult.
My personal rules.
The older system using text files was 2 spaces
Current system with IDE a tab of 4 spaces
Both are start at the left rather than indented, use mixed case for legibility
And most importantly EVERYTHING IS COLUMNISED.
If the := are not lined up there will be hell to pay.
Shopping around
Mine is not too high, pay monthly, sorted by brokers. I cannot be bothered to do all of the legwork to find a better quote on the off chance of saving £10, then all the forms, I just let the brokers sort it, more time for me and it is worth more than the savings.
Would cost me more than I would save.
Not noticed that with C4 but the TV is connected to a couple of games consoles and a PVR so no PCTV source, just a Linux and two BSD boxes.
The PVR was disconnected from the network as its online was rubbish, and the two consoles are used for anything online TV based and watching Blu Rays. However no ITV client so like the above posts I never get into any of their stuff.
I have noticed that installing the Amazon client is trivial so later this month I will install.
I tried for ITV on the PC and gave up, used STV instead, wife watched that, after I deleted a few elements trying to stop it from being used.
shITV do not care about viewers, they do not want them. They HATE us
They remove the console client. The Iplayer alike shows TV style adverts but block you because you have an internet adblocker installed, and tell you AFTER you have watched the advert.
They do not repeat anything but the real rubbish they think we want to watch, (reality crap, soaps and shitty quizes).
In the end my wife decided it was too much like hard work so ignored the series instead.
Oh and if UKTV are reading this.
Because DAVE is not on Freesat, our Freeview PVR failed due to rubbish firmware (manufacturing defect), and there is no DAVE client on any of our consoles, I am going to have to torrent the latest Red Dwarf series.
Put DAVE in the Freesat EPG and I will watch it broadcast, failing that contact me and send me a nice shiny Humax Freeview HD PVR.
Personally I just gave up on non BBC TV, they make it easy for me to watch, it is not a fight to view them.
So why do broadcasters not want us to watch their programmes?
Poor internet offerings (shITV)
No online console clients (shITV again)
Really bad programmes (many channels)
Missing on some platforms (DAVE)
Overblown logos (lots of channels now)
Paywalls (so we torrent it)
My Vita is quite good.
Move though a wasted opportunity.
Was brilliant fun for shooters, but a lot did not support it.
Was quote annoyed PS4 shooters ignored it as well.
Made Portal 2 more fun, made aiming very quick and accurate without aim assist in Killzone 3.
But definately a wasted opportunity (but it saved me money on shooter games)
Current minuses are Facebox ownership, Trump support, expensive custom accessories.
High end will go Vive.
Low end mobile phone.
Middle will dabble with PSVR.
My grunty PC (for 2008) could not run one, yet my £350 games console will be offered an affordable one.
I am putting Windows 7 on our 8 year old home PC. I have just got HDD no 4 for the OS, and it will be triple boot.
Currently starts up into GRUB and a choice of Linux Mint, Windows XP Pro appears.
7 will be added to GRUB.
1) fit all HDD properly (Mint is parked on top of D:)
2) Unplug C: D: Mint
3) Install 7
4) Replug C: D: Mint and do GRUB
5) Move all emails to Thunderbird and use same data location for all 3 boots.
I can see a few moving from the UK, and even some UK based setting up satellite factories in the EU.
My UK designed and built car includes parts from all over the world, technology from other countries too.
The company has already said exiting the EU will harm it, despite it moving to be a premium manufacturer. (mine is not a premium one).
Oh and just had a look, new factory in Slovakia
I upset quite a few relatives who were ardent out voters and all in 70s by calling them coffin dodgers leaving the country in a mess for the young people.
And what did it matter for them as when it was all gone through they would either be too old to care or 6 feet under?
They mentioned general elections. I said so we vote every 5 years if we are part of the EU or not?
Then the ONE major thing to keep us in is being ignored, City of London
XP at home here, because it was built with it as Vista was a disaster and I am not spending money replacing a working OS.
Yes I did the registry hack for support and yes FF is the main browser.
But since PCs have now really been fast enough for the last decade and newer versions of windows are removing things I use, why should I change?
