new ports are also 4x harder to press in the new plug, the plugs have tougher pressy paths, to make a tougher and more reliable connection, so they are more efficient and comply with the EU ERP power regulations

if your plug is loose and you can wiggle it a little, it probably wont work anymore

nowhere, its a wifes tale, but if you have anyform of brain, its kind of obvious in theory, putting PCB in a fridge for a few minutes, clears it of static, and will have alot more chance of not blowing up when you first turn the power on

just use DVI like on GFX cards, the only place in the known universe you can get the right adaptor is from some shifty place in hong kong

you can get the same adaptor in reverse from american whole sales for £1.68

same as being poor and living in your council house with no heating, -15c will wipe your tv memory of all scanned channels, and you PC bios settings if you can get your CPU to work

the cold is suppose to "as a wife tale" get rid of static off new PCB, only second class deliveries break in the post when it comes to motherboards and GFX cards, but thats down to royalmail playing football with your parcels

new pcb gets covered in static, static makes electric current jump circuit paths and chip pins, they then blow and fail

old pcb has dust protecting from static

consoles are not packed in static free bags, the fridge thing is suppose to get rid of static thats been built up hanging around in customs, and warehouses for 4 months while they build up the release day stock pile to fill the pre orders

they will both be dead before console coder have caught up and are able to use actual ingame footage on the tv adverts, and just render a script anim in the actual game engine like a standard cutscene

most of them have gtx 680 with pci-e 3.0 running at pci-e 1.1 speed, as most motherboards do not have pci-e 3

if all motherboards had pci-e 3.0, gtx 680 would still cost £600, not £90

models are an average of 12mb, you can have 100 x 12mb with ease in the physical RAM along with 10,000 HD worthy textures, and suck them out with your 110gbs bridge speed

a console gamers would happily wait 3 mins for a level to load, if the console has a slow drive

I knew it was going to have a 8 core amd, a gfx card with gddr5 and 8gb of ram with equal bridge bandwidth to stop bottle necking as intelligent coders can store all textures and models in ram and be able to use any at anytime in any render frame, games will look and feel twice as big if dds textures or similar are used

when pc's start to have 4096x4096 textures, consoles will start to have 2048x2048 and then the ps4 might need a revision release

plug an hdmi/vgo convertor box and plug it into your gfx card on your PC, and receive it on your VR headset and binary packets, and you can create your own image format etc

without modern technology and ways of doing things, you might aswell just buy a £15 lcd from maplin, put it in a back to front cycle helmet and wrap it in duck tape and make your own "VR" headset

doubt it, he could do the fisheye panaramic filter to the rendered images in 30 seconds probably, if they fitted a curved screen

if the screen was 3 or 4 inch high, it would confuse your brain, and you would`nt get motion sickness after 5 mins when you have got used to it

they are talking about 2d images, into 3d models i guess, its not that hard, you just have to tweak then all up, or just redraw them in zbrush

i find it easy, i live in a council flat on my own, if i earn £1500 a month, i cover all bills and food with the £500, the rent is only £320 and council tax is rubbish and area is full of chavs who never intend to work and cry about you buying milk everyday

mortages are usually cheaper then the average private flat rent of £600-1200 a month, you just need to save the £25,000 mortage deposit

if you bank account gets emptied, and you tell the bank, your debit card is canceled there and then and you will received a new card with the last few digits and the security number on the back changed within 1-3 days
