Expired cert... Really? #O2down meltdown shows we should fear bungles and bugs more than hackers
TalkTalk's £1.5bn 3-million home fibre broadband hopes on ice for now
Re: Broadband in the country is crap.
get talktalk good broadband, new network settings, i get a contant 10Mb/s which seen throttled by the free router
these setting fix everything for the current version of windows 10 until you get a big update and have to either set them again or find new settings https://i.postimg.cc/k50JD3NJ/KILLER-ETHERNET-SETTINGS.png with the MTU on PPoE, which is just a checkbox on the main tab
Visual Studio 2017 15.9 is here! Fire up your Windows on Arm laptops. All four of you
Re: GAH!!
so can firewalls, more so the built in rubbish that is the windows firewall, that does'nt really do anything and but all background services use all your bandwidth
turn off your router and install all the system app's with the firewall disabled, things are always alot faster, especially windows update installs
While everyone coos at the promise of 5G, UK network Three asks if it can tempt you with 4G+

and use magnetic locks on file cabinets with classified information, they are never locked, and virgin healthcare files are always hanging around on the floor even if they has classified written on

Turns out download speed isn't everything when streaming video on your smartphone
you can watch 1080p for hours on three 3G, it normally runs at 10Mbps and can handle the bitrate of the video and audio, most networks are to dumb to understand especially if it has anything todo with BT, and throttle your connection to 0.5Mbps
take advantage of three's go binge with free mobile app data for netflix and miracast it to the TV
Flying to Mars will be so rad, dude: Year-long trip may dump 60% lifetime dose of radiation on you
Re: What happened to...
use silica as a bond https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/pdf/10.1080/18811248.1975.9733086 for graphite and be tougher then diamond, and get to mars in 2 days, and you won't need to exercise
there is an infinate amount of research on silicone types and radiation types, most of it absorbs gamma radiation
take 30 minutes to get to the moon, if you have em drive with 0.2 second acceleration
if you don't care for NASA it would be more along the lines of 2% with a graphite hull and a force field, and a decent designed ship that was'nt a brick
you would have to be british though https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_graphite
its all the small details that make a black project space plane with em drive possible
You're alone in a room with the Windows 10 out-of-the-box apps. What do you do?

Vodafone's spending pays off - but EE hangs on to UK network crown
BT decided to take away t-mobile unlimited internet and replace it with 500MB maximum for the same £12 a month without telling anyone, and just banning you for going over 500MB for breaching the fair use policy, so I switch to 3 which is alot faster on 3G
the average is 6Mbps, but can get up to 10Mbps easily when downloading off of steam and can maintain a steady 2.2MB/s download speed for a good hour
3G http://www.speedtest.net/result/7561831918
4G is half the speed like always
3 just needs to include steam downloading from midnight til 8 am if you buy a data passport, for desktop tethering/hot spots, for the 60% of the uk home broadband users which is'nt landline based
£18 a month on 12 month sim only contract, you get 30GB hotspot, all you can eat netflix, minutes texts, and £5 a day data passports where data policy does'nt apply from the time of purchase until midnight
3 needs to add password number identification to remove the adult filter on the internet like giff gaff does, being able to use data in 71 countries and has all the easy jet addons, credit cards are for poor people
EE suck, they are pathetic like BT and not worth caring about, BT entire history is turning every business deal into a joke and walking around leaving the company bankrupt
so now BT have made EE the slowest and most pathetic network
a little over a year later and BT decided to take away t-mobile unlimited internet and replace it with 500MB maximum for the same £12 a month without telling anyone, and just banning you for going over 500MB for breaching the fair use policy, so I switch to 3 which is alot faster on 3G

Your F-35s need spare bits? Computer says we'll have you sorted in... a couple of years
its a classified top secret secret which is let out in aload of 1990s UFO documentaries that are made in britian with people from the MoD and military knowing exactly how the TR-3B works and everyone saying its american
if america had true anti gravity and pulse propulsion and a dark space program and everyone likes to dream of, a railgun would have been easy
Re: Zmodem mentioned, "BAE"
as far as the whole 3d metal printing goes, there is a startup company, which is building a whole space rocket with custom metal for their own custom metal printer, and a interview is > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxyUygCO_Zs
the f35 is rubbish, BAE Systems exists so britain can be independant, because america stole the TR-3B research during the lockheed martin merger and it was all tits and tantrums so the MoD setup BAE Systems for classified research,
britian has "100" typhoons before the MoD stopped saying how many they really have, and does'nt care for stealth and only needs the f35b to replace the harrier for basic patrol operations, the stealth typhoon has been in the making for years with the taranis stealth drone being the stepping stone
everything is expected to last 30 years before new is brought again
if you want an upgradable plane, you buy the eurofighter and easily fit it out with all your custom classified hardware and turn it into the RAF typhoon which can take down a lockheed raptor in a dog fight
the only thing that is the same on the eurofighter and the RAF typhoon, are the physic's of the flyby wire system and the design

Re: The "impossible" drive clearly works. Now they need to hide it...
i dont care for america or governments so i spam the world with mine and anyone can make one, you will just need a marine fishing boat generator for the upto 8000kW and a 1000 KM range, for space planes for uk's space plane ports in 10 years
the world is so spammed with the basic's nobody can put a patent on it
Re: So tempting
all solved if you use mine, it only needs electric to power the magnets, and will work anywhere in the universe as long as the repelling force has more gauss then the gravity your craft is in, and the force travel's with you as you use the repelling magnetic force from a ring
if you have the power source to replace a jet engine, you can easily fly from heathrow to the outter reaches of the solar system in 16 hours if your hull can handle 256 million MPH and being accelerated to it within 0.2 seconds
a piece of A4 paper Vs a whole 1 ton pallet for 18kW
its a rubbish drive anyway and not worth a god damn thing
my em drive is alot better and can replace jet engines https://forums.theregister.co.uk/forum/containing/3245239
its as simple as https://youtu.be/6gszIwmpsO0?t=56s if you have a fixed ring, and find the correct distance for a fix ring to be at
1.5m Brits pay too much for mobile and crappy broadband – Ofcom
tell that to EE and crappy tmobile who removed data pack topups without telling anyone and now its £1 day unlimited data which never works and you end up on edge, and can't download anything through your browser when tethered, can't do much, they have employed some sad old engineer from BT who is still living in the year 2000
can't make the telecom's the same, that is breaking the monopoly rules of the merger
BT to slash landline rentals by 37%... for the broadbandless
Airbus CIO: We dumped Microsoft Office not over cost but because Google G Suite looks sweet
16 exoplanets found huddled around 12 lightweight stars
my EM Drive will blast a craft off at 256 million MPH in 0.5 seconds, if you base the spec's and repelling forces on BAE Systems railgun, and just multiply them by 1000, you have a 100 ton shuttle
256 million MPH is as fast and human tech can go, or the craft will out run, radar signals for navigation systems etc
the basis' of everything for the MoD's black project of skylon 8 is in https://forums.theregister.co.uk/forum/2/2017/07/27/nasa_lights_bloody_big_rocket_that_doesnt_go_anywhere/#c_3245239
the deciding factor on why britain is really getting space plane ports
send a probe, someone has finally worked out how to make my perpetual generator to replace the blades on wind turbines and have a constant 10MW every hour https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KkV8QGU1UV4
no someone other then BAE Systems needs to workout my EM Drive, but someone is close to that too https://youtu.be/6gszIwmpsO0?t=1m16s
