I'm no scientist, but when an oxygen atom is stripped of some electrons, surely it ceases to be an oxygen atom ?

When the power coming into your home already has a background code in it in the first place, which is transferred to recording via "ENF".
And of course the national grid frequency isn'r deliberately changed, in a non-repeating pattern is it.

Facebook currently badgers the user into "sharing" their personal info with world+dog every time you sign in. Presumably this is "improved privacy" since you would then be choosing to give your info away, thus making it non-private by "choice" and therefore making it not come under any privacy settings in the first place. Well done chaps.
If I shot a missile from the UK to the US and it landed there and did some damage, would the crime be tried in the UK or the US ?
If it did no damage at all but the US said that the damage value was the cost of installing a new missile detection and defence system, would that be ok then ?

If you remember, after 7/7 the police actually pleaded with anyone who could to send in photos taken that day and the days before. They had tourists sending in pics from Canada, Japan, etc.
Of course this can not happen again in the future since taking pics in London is illegal.
Which actually helps the terrorists.
