In an indictment unsealed on Wednesday, Isaac Choi, founder and CEO of failed Silicon Valley job search startup WrkRiot, was charged with five counts of wire fraud for allegedly defrauding former employees.
"In reality, as alleged in the indictment, Choi sent forged wire transfer confirmations in order to induce WrkRiot employees to continue working for the company without being paid," the Department of Justice said in a statement.

Yes and switching from MS to FLOsS will fix every thing cause the issue is the software not mind set. That's media hype el reg bull shit. What happens this you get charged with 10 counts of a crime. Now the punishment is is 10 years for the crime. What media whore sits do is says well 10 years for each count so that means he could do a 100 years. No He will be convicted on on all counts and do the time currently. If you notice towards the bottom el reg said it's most likely he will do 10-14. Now for crimes like murder and rape the point of giving 120 years so the do life with out the chance of parole
If driving the speed limit cause traffic jams then there is some thing else wrong such as the limit is way to slow. I've never had that problem in California because most people do at least 10 over. 85 on 65 free way is common.
Now for me when I'm doing 85 in the left lane and some comes up and is pissed that I'm driving that slow I tend to get over so that person can get away from me . Now the one thing that does tends to make irritate me ,is do to traffic I can only do 55 in 65 and some ass hat behind me gets mad as if I can magically drive faster or through the cars in front of me . you know the kind that starts honking his horn, flashing his lights.
The other silly issue I've had is being in the slow lane towing. Hey there are three other lanes to go around me.
