Its simple really.
The polling guy stops someone after they leave the polling place and have voted.
A typical Trump voter will ignore them, or refuse to answer. (Its really none of their business)
A typical Clinton voter will overshare personal information.
So you have a random sampling, but you end up under reporting Trump supporters and over report Clinton supporters.
That simple?
While I admire Sanders for being an honest man and one who truly believes in his Politics, they do not reflect the views of the majority of Americans. He would not have won the race. In fact none of the candidates running against Hillary have a chance. The DNC was rigged and everyone knew it.

A guy on Fox news this morning is sitting in a diner. The reporter asked him about voting for Trump. He said he kept his political views to himself because he's in an union and the union rep told him and everyone else to vote for Hillary. (Think about that for a second.)
Hillary had a parade of stars telling people how they should vote. (Key word TELLING)
Hillary had Obama even stumping for her. Again Telling Americans how to vote.
Americans? We like to make our own decisions and when you tell me how I should vote, I'm going to tell you to pound sand.
The other thing... the little guy, the average joe... he's just getting by. Here we have Clinton who left the WH broke and made her money by giving speeches. Really? What could Bill or Hillary say that is worth 250K an hour, plus expenses? Again, the average joe, hates corruption. That's not the American way.
They want a fair fight.
Trump isn't a saint, but he's saying enough is enough and that we need to fix things.
Lets see what happens.
Here's the problem... voter fraud exists and it has an impact.
There were some major issues like 100's of ballots being sent to a single house of an old woman.
People who cannot vote, registering to vote and voting. This includes illegal aliens and convicted felons who have lost their right to vote. The issue is that they are being (self policed) which is like saying to a convicted felon... go ahead and vote. The odds are you'll never be caught and if you are... its unlikely you'll serve any jail time...
The larger issue... is automatic voter registration. You get a drivers license, you're eligible and registered to vote. It sounds good, but when you allow illegal aliens or even green card holders to get a drivers license, they are then being registered to vote. (The devil is in the details.)
Sorry, but both sides play games and if you're in Chicago... even the dead can vote. And vote often.

First, you have to remember its not the popular vote what matters is what happens in the electoral college and Trump crushed Hillary. (As of last count, Trump will win AZ and MI which will add 29 more votes.)
To your point. Many don't understand the process and its a rare thing for a person who casts the vote in the electoral college to not vote as their state dictates. One individual spoke out and would have had to pay a $1,000 fine if he didn't cast his vote for Hillary and she won his state. (Which I think she did.)
There will be no revolt and everyone agrees that Trump won.
The sad issue is the protest marches. I have no sympathies for the cry babies.
The one positive thing people miss is that with Trump in the WH, everything he does will be watched closely by the press. (Who are extremely biased against him). He will be the most transparent president because he will be under the microscope24/7. (Unlike Obama who's administration was not transparent at all unless you mean it was more openly blatant at the corruption that occurred on his watch.
Sorry, I digress... but to your point. At this point. The votes are a formality and he will take the oath of office. As with any President, god help us all.
Hillary's server was hacked. Any forensic evidence was lost due to incompetence of their IT Staff along with intentional deletions.
We know it was ripe for hacking because her server ended up on a security researcher's list of unsecured exchange servers that were wide open to attacks. Then there were the phishing attempts.
And most of all... Clinton went to Russia and China with her black berry and it wasn't secured and she was using it.
There's more, but suffice it to say... she was extremely careless with Classified material. GROSSLY NEGLIGENCE is the legal term.
Just the Weiner laptop is enough to put Huma away and the missing server and the fact Clinton's made was also handling classified docs... want to bet she sent copies to Vernon Jordan to keep him in the loop? (We can get the metadata to confirm this...)

The key reason Trump will win is that people don't want the professional politician to continue to rob them blind. The first revolt was the tea party. Now its Trump. He may be a lot of things, but he's got his pulse on the American people and what they want.
There are two things... 1) Shy voters.. 2) People who didn't vote or register to vote or don't get calls from pollsters.
Shy voters exist. Meaning that they aren't putting up Trump signs in their yards, or are registered republicans or democrats who are planning on voting for Trump. (Or anyone but Clinton [ABC vote])
Its already proven that the number of registered Republicans did jump up. So Trump brought more people in to the fold. However there's also a group of Republicans who won't vote for Trump.
As to Hillary, everyone claims to be voting for her. Why? Because "its her time", or she's making history, and all of the scandals are a republican conspiracy and she's an innocent sweet grandma...

The truth is that the polls have tightened in many 'blue states' to the point where Clinton and company are panicked.
The latest Wiki-leaks have damaged her greatly and have provided fodder / chum for the Republicans to spend the next 2 years investigating her. Of course if the rumors are true, if you hit her with a strobe light and primary color flashes... she'll stroke out. (Or have an epileptic episode.) Not that I'm recommending anyone try it.
The more interesting thing ... if Trump resigns ... we have Pence. Seems smart and stable enough. If CLinton goes down... you're left with Tim Kaine which some say would be a lap dog for Obama to control.

The President can fire Comey if they can show cause... Note this is technically true, however very difficult.
Comey's actions do not justify termination unless there's an investigation where he intentionally tanked the investigation under order from Obama and/or Lynch. Note that if he asked for a GJ and Lynch denied it... its not on Comey but potentially on Lynch. Lynch on the other hand and the DoJ can be terminated at any time.

Note: 110 emails were classified by different agencies at the time they were sent. Each one carries a 10 year prison sentence. That doesn't include the 2000+ emails that were later classified

1) Private server in order to violate the FOIA is a misdemeanor (Meaning its illegal, but no jail time or felony conviction on record)
2) Violations of the Official Records Act. (emails are part of her official records and are the property of the US Government. ) This includes private emails that contain work related material are to be turned over within 20 days of transmission.
3) Obstruction. The deletion of emails. This is actually a felony criminal action.
4) Perjury. Hillary lied to Congress.
5) Lying to the FBI. This came out from her emails, The 302s and the Podesta leaks. Clinton, Mills, Huma, have all been shown to have lied during their 'interviews'.
6) 'Pay to Play' / Corruption. This is still under investigation however there's enough evidence in the public eye to show a pattern of corruption. The documents uncovered by the FBI in the Weiner investigation seem to include more emails. ... time will tell
7) Gross Negligence under the Espionage Act. This is where Comey bent over backwards trying to not indict Clinton. There is no requirement for intent. In fact the point of gross negligence is that the action doesn't require intent. Yet we have her intent to violate the FOIA and to hide her pay to play corruption scheme.
And that's just the highlights.
Perhaps you weren't paying attention when it came out that the DoJ tanked the investigation by not allowing a Grand Jury to be paneled. No search warrants and Mills a co-conspirator was allowed to claim privilege when she wasn't acting as Clinton's lawyer.
Not to mention the Podesta email "Heads up" from the Asst. AG...

As an IT professional who has to get drug tested, have background checks (credit)... where corporations place their trust, I have to maintain a high level of professional ethics. Its possible that the 650K emails is a complete dump of Huma's emails and there is definitely a lot of new emails. Also unlike the printed pages dumped, the FBI actually has the entire email, including headers which can add more to the previous investigation.
What fails is that the author is definitely trying to defend Clinton and that's sad.

1) Read the Hatch Act... its using one's position in office to fund campaigning. e.g. campaign mailers using your postage privileges and charge them to your office. Or Obama flying out on AF one to stump for Hillary.

3) Comey is damned if he does, damned if he doesn't. If he didn't do it, it would have come out in leaks and then it would have looked like he was hiding information. Considering the information already released that makes him look bad and that the fix was already in... he notified Congress that in his testimony that everything was closed and its now open.
As it turns out that there are 620K emails on the laptop.

Could be everything and all of the emails including the 30K that were deleted. The fact that they saw the metadata and then stopped to get a warrant, that was the trigger. Also noted, Comey did sit on this for a week from when he first learned about it, but wrote the letter a day after when they briefed him.

If you read the emails, some outline the entire corrupt pay to play politics and how the Clintons got so rich.
Everyone with half a brain knows that Clinton is a criminal and should be in the big house not the white house.

You are also right that he doesn't have any security clearances and that just adds to the negligence.
Its bad for Clinton. If she is elected, it will add to the already more than half a dozen Congressional Investigations she is already facing.
Note too that this also adds to the embarrassment the FBI faces over the first investigation which from the released documents and leaks, Obama wanted it to tank and the FBI obliged.

The common joke among BUFF pilots is that the planes are older than the pilot's parents.
To your point... They can carry a lot of GPS and laser guided bombs and loiter over target or at a high enough altitude at a stand off distance that they can still deliver bombs on target. They fill a niche that other bombers can't.
But I wouldn't want to be in one trying to take out an enemy's air defenses. There I'd want to be in something a tad more stealthy.
The point is that we are better served by not under specializing. By having the F22s, A-10s, B2s B-52, etc ... and all of those other specialized aircraft (AC-130s, EC2, etc ...)
You don't hear much about A-10s in the Middle East these days because of Obama's draw down on forces. Not to mention the fact that Obama's budget cuts (sequestered cuts) have hurt our forces readiness capabilities

As to 'linger', ask yourself what's the stall speed of each of these aircraft?
The A-10 is slow. Its a flying tank. You're sitting in a titanium bathtub FFS! It can take immense ground fire that neither the F-35 or F-22 is capable of handling.
You can look at the cost of running the A-10 per hour vs the F-22 (one of my favs, along with the A-10)... however, both aircraft do two different tasks.
The F-22 is an air superiority fighter. Meaning its role is to own the skies and to provide air cover for the A-10s. Imaging if all you had were A-10s and some yahoo comes in with F-15s Or the Soviet equivalents. You're toast. You can kill tanks but in terms of capabilities in air to air... you're limited. So you need something to watch over you. A-10s need F-22s and AWACs to keep control of the air so it can do its job taking out tanks and other hardened positions.
The P-47 Was built around a huge radial engine. Bit different than the P-51s and could take a lot more punishment.
With the supercharger the P-51 was a superior air to air fighter, but again, couldn't take the punishment.
There are stories where the Germans ran out of ammo while attempting to shoot down a P-47.
The nice thing is that you can go on to You Tube and find videos about all of these aircraft.
When the US Army Air corps was split in to the Air force, the Army was prohibited from flying fixed winged aircraft. The Army flies a lot of attack helicopters but they have their limitations... e.g. at high altitudes.
If you wanted to bring back a Viet Nam era fighter... The Sky Raider (A-1) .

There those in the USAF who wants a single aircraft to do it all. However, the A10 as a specialty aircraft has no competition. The only downside is that it shoots depleted Uranium rounds which are best when used against tanks other hardened targets.
Go back to WWII and take a look at the P-47 and the P-51.
P-51 air superiority fighter. But for ground attacks... the P-47 wins hands down.
You can go thru a bunch of stories and stats, but most of the P-51s that were shot down were shot down on ground attacks. P-47... they took a beating and kept on flying. They wouldn't win a lot of dogfights, but as a ground attack aircraft.. they tore shit up.

The Trump recording was taken from NBC and given to the WaPo because NBC couldn't run the story without facing legal consequences, yet WaPo could since they were given the tape from an unidentified source and was not involved in the creation of the tape.
Then there is Trump's IRS return that the NYT reported on. The NYT wasn't in trouble... just the source of the IRS filing who gave it to them...
Assange and the other news organizations are protected by the Ellsberg decision.
Note that the reason Assange fears the US isn't because he released Manning's stolen material, but that there may be evidence that he partook in the theft. If true... he's definitely on the hook. Especially if Clinton is elected.

Clinton was assigned the case pro bono meaning she didn't have a choice but to defend the rapist to the best of her abilities.
Had she done anything illegal, things would have been different.

However... lets look at her intimidation of Broderick whom her hubby raped and all of the other women who she harassed to protect her hubby and her political future.
In her recent scandals... she has yet to tell the truth. Seriously. Every statement she has made in public has been proven to be false. She even lied to Congress when she could remember the facts...

The premise of the article is also misleading. Just because Apple enters a niche and it fails to generate profits or viable products in the short term doesn't mean its a wasted effort.
Think of why Google is getting in to this space in the first place...
While the tech companies are still in R&D, think of the ethical and legal challenges on the back side.
Suppose you buy a google self driving car... you own the car so you should have an expectation of privacy. But what happens if Google, in the name of improving the user experience, tracks your trips and sees that you make a lot of late night calls to a couple of different addresses. Then you start to see a lot of ads for Trojan Condoms as well as mail flyers (old school targeted adverts)
Is that a legal use of invading your privacy? After all you purchased the vehicle.
And then there's other questions... what happens if it is known that they are tracking your trips. Does that mean your wife's attorneys could subpoena your trip data?
(I guess you could replace Google Car w Uber service. )
My point is that it would be nice to have the law in sync with the devices rather than years behind trying to figure our your rights...

Cookbooking a mail server isn't the smartest thing to do and since you mentioned it... Her IT guy, with little experience put an unsecured Windows NT Exchange server on the net. While it was up and running... security was an issue. Even El Reg posted some articles on it.
As to Trump... he never broke any laws or violated the US's National Security. When you have 100's of former military officers and DoD employees who say that they would be in jail for what Clinton did... you have to start to think that the FBI investigation was fixed. Oh wait. More emails being released from the State Dept along with the FBI notes do point to this... What's the stuff Assange has? We'll just have to see.
Trump may be a lot of things... but to be sure... he's less harmful to the US than Clinton.
As to Trump's deals... yeah... I can look at old articles in the Chicago Tribune about the clawbacks he did on the 'friends and families' contracts... Oh yeah... he's no Saint. However he's no criminal like Hillary. ... Note: We haven't even talked about her illegal arms deal in Libya... Do you really want to continue?
