I was guilty of this acdentley my home wireless had the defult id and open (yes I know I should have changed it but I lived in the middle of noware in scotland anyboady close enought to puck it up had to be sitting on my drive) when I stayed in a flat in didcot my computer auto connected to one with the same iisd and no conectin it was only when my brother msned me I noticed
more or less what I was saying they are advitising what they can not provide another anaolgy for you is a plane company saying they can fly a plane from london to newyork but knowing that if the plane is full the fule will runout halfway so when pepol turn up at the gate they stop half of the pepol getting on
actuley now I think about it that is what some budegt airlines do

then maby the isp should stop selling £9.99 a mounth "unlimited" packeges they tell us we have no limites and then complane when we act like it
I have an isp that dose charge £34.99 for a 50gb allownce and I have no complantes cos I know that I am not going to be throlted
the efecency of bio fules is only a problem is the energy would not have been wated in the first palce imagen a ethnol farm where all the mecheens are solar powered from the tractos to the refinery then it would not matter that 1000 cals of sola made 1 cal of ethnol cos the 1000 of sola would have gone to waste if b4 the farm was there
what we are making is a PORTABLE energy store turning the suns energy into a portable usuable energy store the best way of doing it is open to debate (we could have a sola powered hydragon farm insted)

they are stuck they should never have offered the "unlimited" packages but it was SUCH a good marketing gimik and how much bandwith can pepol realy use they said and just look at how meny pepol will switch to us we will be rich and now they are stuck they can not stop offdering "unlimited" cos unless every boady dose pepol will switch off them

you go to a shady place and say
"hello I am x and I am looking for y" where y is illagle
some pepol in the room say "hello x here is some y"
you stay there
later a new person walks into the room says "hello I am z and I am looking for some y" you chime in with over pepol saying "hello z here is some y"
then a perosn in the corner who has not said anything takes down your names and pictures and sends them to the police who arrest you later

the isp anlises all streams and anomises (I love that word) them and stores sorts and ships the data to phorn?
the isp says if you optout they will not ship yuor data but will still colect it?
but if it has been anomised and sorted and stored how do they know what is your data?
is you have to take them from charging point and leave it at a charging point 2 probs with that
1 what is a charging point is not near you
2 what if all the cars end up at one charging point and none where pepol need them
but it could wpork well for park and ride seames train stations airports and the like
we have a device that had a list of names and phone numbers the same device displays the number of the person calling
it dose not take the intelegence of a lemon to do a lookup witch is all caller id is a look up between a number and the phones stored database it is no less obvious then any over database lookups
