We are banking on enterprise customers realising that public cloud is inadequate and that they need hybrid environments that seamlessly work between cloud and on prem. Think, expensive and complex setups like Synergy, all flash 3PAR, Virtual Connect and all the consultancy, support and licensing that goes with that. Plus Aruba and wireless stuff which we call Intelligent Edge.
A lot of new acquisitions that I am hoping we won't run into the ground with some of the dinosaurs that still handle sales side.
Volume business is dead. We are doing what IBM realised long ago.
