To be fair, the communications us workers are getting is quite massive. We get several emails a week detailing whats happening, which we didn't get before.
There is already a big consolidation effort going on and it seems to be moving in the right direction. A lot of good people have already jumped ship, but there are still plenty of good ones left. The lack of investment was a huge problem in the past, as well as the atrocious way in which different departments communicated internally with all the red tape and cross charging making the simplest of things take weeks to complete. Hopefully this will be a thing of the past soon.
Capita was a messy machine with many cogs and no oil. but I hope it is going to have fewer cogs and oiled sufficiently in the future, else we will all have a sore ass from lack of lube
