    IMHO, if MS truly paid out for every bug found in their software they'd be broke by now..

        Nope. That comic is about internal bug bounty programs. Which incentivise dev teams to write bugs.

    Thanks to that MSButtfuck where all boot disk utilize the same broken files on partition {263623232-24-43-345-345-5-45-5-345-345-},

    instead of just providing a boot CD or and *.iso to repair the shitty problem.

    Who'd a thought they would throw people away like that.
