    mergers seem stale

    all the companies they bought seem well stale, who buys Borland, Attachmate, NetIQ, Novell and Serena Software anymore?

      You would be surprised on the ex Novell product front.

      Filr, ZENworks, OES and GroupWise all doing well and receiving very regular new releases and updates.

      I attend a couple of MicroFocus summits a year, and year on year there are more and more companies there.

      NHS, Government, Education, Sky, automotive, finance and legal sectors are still big buyers.
