    "OS: Windows 8.1 or later, Office 2013 or later, .Net Framework 4.5.0" ..

    Now what's the other... Anyone want to hazard a guess? I might have tried this out once upon a time before Win10 slurp.. Now? Not a chance!

    Which start-up?

    Sounds like the sort of thing to be developed by a start-up with an exit plan of the "sell to big corp" kind. Any idea which start-up it was?
