    This is the 1.4 billion records reported stolen, out of the much larger number found to be stolen, out of the much & much larger number actually stolen.

    So, pretty much all of them.

    its just easier to remain exposed and accept you no longer exist as a unique identifiable individual but as someone who exists as multiple people around the world, all of whom with the ability to spend on your credit card and take out loans in your name.

    oh, and get you arrested.
