Loosely worded much?
Better rejig my home network routers, firewalls and proxies so I do not qualify as "An internet exchange point (IXP)".
Based on the loose wording of IXP as "a network facility that enables the interconnection of more than two independent autonomous systems, primarily for the purpose of facilitating the exchange of internet traffic", it could apply to people with only slightly complex home networks (& more seriously a lot of companies that take anything like a compartmentalised approach to systems e.g. many places maintain inhouse "walled gardens" to meet various legal / compliance / confidentiality requirements so will have a lot of autonomous systems that internet interconnect at some point.
