    3 years! Come on.

    Either fine them, let them get away with (and be ready for the fallout), or just tell them what they have to do (and enforce it) and stop waiting for them to do the right thing (yea right, the right thing for them).

    No wonder people are loosing faith in government when they cannot make a simple decision.

    If the Google proposal goes ahead I just hope the useless rival "results" from Foundem & their ilk are put in a nice named div so that I can Adblock them into oblivion.
