    Budget airlines

I stopped using most of the "budget airlines" ages ago - even before they started adding fees out the wazoo.

It didn't take a mathematical genius to work out that the extra costs of trying to get to/from airpotts in the middle of nowhere more than outweighed the extra money paid to mainstream airlines at closer airports for more convenient flight times (and the service is much better!).

Add that to the way their staff run and hide if there are problems and the way customers get shafted if they miss connecting flights and you appreciate paying an extra 20 quid or so.
