It’s really easy ....
The customer buys a washing machine (from Lenovo) so they can have clean shirts as a service.
A cleaner (VMware) comes in to put the laundry into the washing machine, dries the shirts and does the ironing.
It’s like having your own laundry service in your house.
However, at the end of the month you will not only get a cleaning bill - you will also get an electricity bill, a water bill, pay for washing machine maintenace and building insurance.
The solution is very simple - the customer charges the washing machine manufacturer and the cleaner a monthly rent. Naturally the rent would have to cover all utilities and insurances - plus the tax accountant that can somehow make sense of it all.
That feeling of getting taken to the cleaners in the comfort of your own home - Priceless !
