back to article Microsoft tries a thinking cap on its cloud – voila, Dynamics 365 gets AI!

Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 got a tickling by AI on Tuesday as the software giant announced new applications aimed at sales and those at the pointy end of customer service, as well as mixed reality demoware creeping closer to reality. Dynamics 365 AI for Customer Service

It looks like MS might be testing this product in-house.

It is believed that the AI driving this module could well come to the conclusion that without Customers there is no need to Service them, thereby reducing the costs involved to zero and inifinitely increasing productivity.

Sales staff are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Dynamics 365 AI for Sales module, hopefully before the Dynamics 365 AI for Human Resources module becomes rebadged as the Dynamics 365 AI for Human Remains module.

Last thing CRM needs is more stuff

As a MS Partner, we get CRM as part of Action Pack. Too slow, too complex, too much. Now switching to cheapo CapsuleCRM. Will have to pay, but does what we need.

So if Microsoft is using their own AI software that means that as well as getting rid of all the testers (who needs that costly resource) they can get rid of all the costly developers (what a waste of space!)

    everyone will be happy.

    Management will reduce costs

users will stop complaining about bugs in new software

Microsoft will go downhill quickly (everybody Cheer!)
