    What's the problem?

    Not sure why SAP are so bothered - seems like a very well written, well reasoned document.

    Are we sure it wasn't HCL that pulled it as it doesn't agree with their official position?

    Look at Salesforce.com

    Are you really prepared to invest in DC's at levels similar to AWS/Azure/Google?

    Thought not - just choose one of them and work out how you can work together to grow your business.

    I know it's against your natural inclination to try and provide a better customer service, but you never know - it might be the change that provides growth and increased revenues instead of waiting for a competitor to do this and start taking your customers from you. Something that you will realise too late and not be in a position to address when revenue starts to decline, the costs of your existing DC's spiral and you realise that you need more investment than you can afford to keep up...
