    Maybe the AI Boffins at Uber will use such technology to extrapolate from spotting faces in the dark to spotting entire pedestrians in the not_very_dark.

    Then maybe the AI boffins at Tesla can use this tech to spot road barriers and trucks.

    Read this then thought about that line at the end of robocop were the executive says they had the contracts lined up for ED-209, who cares if it worked or not. Expect this in the next generation of airport cameras you're asked to look into.
