      It is presently, if not deadly opposition, then certainly virulent competition, and we all know how quickly that can be reversed if one plays dumb and stupid ...... or simply buries one's head in the sand and hopes that such things will just go away. Nowadays, and in such fields as exercise greater virtual governance, is that no longer a luxury provided.

      It is fair to say though, that any state or non-state actor with the right sort of intelligence can be easily enabled with the exercise of secure and remote virtual governance. And that is along with AI Command and Control, a Great Game Changer in Deed indeed.

    It has some momentum, and even a little money behind it - and consequences. I'm just surprised this was not happening already (OK it was - just not with overpaid individuals :-) - surprised Farage has not got his nose in the trough yet.
