    Service Providers of any significance at PB scale would get the price points they need from larger vendors including *support* that scales. Anywhere.

    Like i've said before, the company's problem is that it's too small, underfunded, understaffed, under-supported for the environments that it seeks to sell to.

      Indeed, no one goes straight for Cloud/Service providers. Companies spend years growing and *then* go after them once them have proven stability, maturity and have the ability to take some seriously low margin deals.

      SP's of decent size are cautious oil tankers because a mis-step can affect tens of customers and their reputation.

      In addition to being too small Kaminario were too late and offering to little different from competitors. Kaminario was too hard a sell in partnerland and they just don't have the people outside of the US and Israel (I think 4 covering EMEA/APJ?). We never hear from them.

    Fremont based accelstor doing it cheaper and better. Plus their new chief architect knows a thing or two about CI and HCI plays in cloud solution stacks.
