IBM probably made all the Aussie staff redundant, and Westpac got sick of talking to Indians who they couldn't understand, and had no idea to do their job.

But IBM have truly blown it with Australia - the _citizens_ have no confidence in them, so nor should the businesses that serve the _citizens_!

As a westpac customer I'm very pleased to learn that IBM has been binned. I don't want some cheap wet behind the ears engineer breaking the system.
