Great thing about online services is that the complain form will also be down when site is down = no complaints about site being down. Winner!

    Not just the parents...

...it had a knock on effect on the childcare providers. If the parents don't get the vouchers, the child care providers don't get paid (unless you happen to have the money)

This isn't the only HMRC website that needs a serious overhaul. When I was being treated for cancer my wife got about £300 a month in tax credits. This year they cut that to £20 when she put all the details asked for on HMRC's website (she's self employed but has been working fewer hours and earning less). She called and had the calculation done manually and was told £20 was right. She complained, it was reassessed and went up to £200 a month then. It's almost like the system is rigged against citizens getting what they're owed and the DLA/PIP is rigged clearly against claimants. Read a story of a man in a coma who was declared fit for work. No wonder the UN is investigating this government for human rights abuses (no wonder our wonderful PM wants out from under of the ECJ who have a history of enforcing people's right rather than just stating they exist and doing everything they can to undermine them).
