    These stories always remind me of an old colleague dealing with a particularly inept lot of supposedly professional bank robbers: "It's hard to get good staff these days.".

    With natural justice, shouldn't there be an equivalent charge of extortion?

    Against the prosecution lawyers for (falsely, in the event, as agreed and set out by the three Judges) obtaining conviction on this point. Presumably by presenting false factual information to the Judge or Jury ( i know not which in this case). In laymans terms, deliberately lying.

    Would lead to much a much better justice system if this was the case ( no pun intended).
