    As a small SAP Reseller, they've just sent through a promo for us to sell their cloud offerings.

    We get 10% for the first year, then NOTHING! Given that most cloud deployments ramp up slowly, we get 10% of bugger all, then nothing at all. Customer has to sign the exploititive SAP support contract too.

    Doesn't give any incentive to get involved with SAP's cloud offering, so if SAP are going to keep any presence in SME, they're going to have to muck about with loads of small direct companies.

    Time to switch to reselling MS I think. Margin just as crap, but at least we keep the customer relationship..

      SAP reps are have way better comp on cloud offerings than on prem as well. Makes no sense for anyone to try and resell this stuff, they are going to have to win that battle all on their own.
