Sounds like serious crime was afoot
(sorry)
A man from Kyoto in Japan has been arrested for nibbling a young woman's foot. Since 2012, Kyoto has been plagued by the perpetrator of a series of criminal acts of podophilia whom cops had dubbed "the foot licker". Back in July, Akira Nishiyama, 56, allegedly lured a woman in her twenties into the driver's seat of his car to …
Toe-tally unacceptable. He is soley responsible for his actions and as such should stand on his own two feet and take it like a man. She was clearly in a tight situation and tried to leg it, but the toerag got a foothold on her before she could run (she could've socked him one in the face I suppose). Give that callous git an ankle bracelet and, if the shoe fits, send him to a sweaty prison.
Except in Okinawa due to USA presence. They also manage to have 50Hz AND 60Hz electricity on same landmass (I forget which bit).
Used Japanese cars from Japan used to be popular in Ireland. The UK ones have been more popular in recent years.
It might not happen in Blighty because we are more concerned with getting mouth verrucas, but not because of the seating arrangements..
"lured a woman in her twenties into the driver's seat of his car to help him check the vehicle's brakes"
She was sat on the right (as in the UK) so her right foot would have been more easily accessible.
Salt!!!!
The host of bacteria this guy is consuming makes me want to upchuck at the very thought of it.
She must have been a willing participant, every time I've touched a woman's foot I nearly lost teeth!
OK, they were all ticklish or I was doing it wrong IDK.
At North Cheshire College back in the eighties, we almost cleared 5 levels by letting some of the acid (concentrated) produced from foot odour free to wander the halls.
I remember we had a case in France, a guy coming into the houses of old women to lick their feet at night.
We also had a politician who faced charges because he was a bit to insistent in giving his staff foot massages.
But wasn't in in Victorian England that you used to cover the feet of the tables, deeming it too erotic?

The evidence that this was actually the case is pretty sparse- at best, it's likely down to an isolated incident (possibly in the US, not England) that grew legs and was reported as being much more widespread than was the case in reality:-

I'm not sure they are that far out there. Dick Morris, who was a PR consultant for the Clintons before switching allegiances, got found out about 20 years ago paying for the opportunity for this kind of thing. He did the usual Washingtonian resign/rehab/return* thing and is occasionally found offering punditry.
* According to Google Books, Rhodes's advice to Parnell was "Resign, marry, return"; I doubt that would have restored Parnell's career, and as far as I know Morris's marriage survived the toe-related infidelity.
