    But I can't see on the photos where the 3.5 inch floppy disks get inserted to do the actual backups. Is this an oversight by Arcserve?

    The dead hand of CA

    CA buys good products and then ignores their development while creaming off the profits. Eventually the product dies, then they just buy something else.
